Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Prescott Valley - 7281 Pav Way, USA

DO NOT EAT HERE! This place was nasty! I've never had a bad experience with any Chili's except for tonight! My boyfriend and I ordered ribeye steak dinners. We asked for medium well and as you can see from the pictures they were not! We also ordered chips and guacamole. Let me start with the food. Our steaks, shrimps and my asparagus were burnt!!! We ordered medium well. My steak had a flap of meat folded when they cooked it burnt and when I opened the flap that was never opened for cooking it was raw. Our shrimps were the size of a penny and they were burnt as well. I got charged extra for substituting to get the asparagus but that was useless since it was burnt! The chips were old and stale and were drenched in oil! It looks like they gave us the leftovers instead of cooking a fresh batch. The service was horrible. Although the waitress was trying to be nice she was also responsible in making sure our food was prepared correctly and she didn't advocate for us! It was so obvious our food was burnt. When I brought it to her attention, she took my plate back to have them cook the raw flap. We were never given replacement food for the burnt ones we were served. I couldn't believe they burnt the asparagus as well and still had the audacity to serve us our food like that! Our bill was $94 for burnt food! The restrooms were filthy as well! We will not return!

I had a really bad day. I decided to go to Chili's to relax and have some dinner. My day turned from bad to LIFE IS GOOD! I ordered the 10oz sirloin with half an order of shrimp. I was served by the bartender, Amber. What an awesome lady! She listened to me rant about my not so good day, expressed genuine empathy, and made me laugh. After my wonderful meal, I told her I was going to write a review, as i am a Google advisor. She agreed to be in one of the photo's (unlike her manager Sydney!--but seriously, she was awesome, too) and we joked around and had a good time. WHEN you go here, be sure to refer to Amber as Amberanda. She'll know that I sent ya. An excellent overall experience. And notice people, how clean the bar is!

We have only good things to say about our experiences here- the wait staff, the quality of the food and the value for our money. The 3 for Me meal is a drink, a starter & an entree for a budget-friendly $10.99! Their burgers and chicken sandwich are, in our opinion, the best around. The friendly and efficient wait staff make this Chili's a no-brainer in our restaurant rotation.

We stopped in to celebrate my 74th birthday. Allie treated us like royalty! She was personable, quick to deliver and checked on us throughout the meal. The food was amazing; the chicken tenders really were tender. Fries are the best. Also, we met the manager and it is obvious there is a caring and professional atmosphere. We will continue to stop in when we are in the area. Good job!

Service was exceedingly good despite shortage of staff. They are the real stars worthy of all 5 stars. We dined in for nearly 2 hours and saw how friendly, great customer service, even if the line at the front desk went out the door. Despite shorthanded they were outstanding in taking orders, food delivery, etc. They deserve a standing ovation. What strong work ethics!!!

Normally when I go to Prescott, I have my favorite eating places I normally go to. On Wed Jan 26th, 2024, I decided to go to Chilis for lunch and looked at their menu before deciding to eat there. Their lunch specials seemed good so we stayed. The restaurant was different than other Chili's, it was modern, wide open and cool atmosphere. A server came to our table and had bright cheerful personality, her name was Britney. My mom ordered the chicken sandwich lunch special and I ordered the double beef burger special. We barely got done ordering and the soup and salad were already at the table. The baked potato soup was really good. Finally the meal arrived. WOW ! what great portions of food, Fries were done crispy as requested and the burger and chicken were awesome. From start to finish, Britney was cheerful, accommodating, friendly and unrushed, not the usual anymore, but rare. I am a business man, and I take notice of how customers are treated and dealt with everywhere I go. Britney would be a compliment and a prize to any customer related business. Now days, most people seem board at their jobs, do not care about customers and just want their pay check and go home. Britney ..... your are a prize ! Your manager should take notice of your great qualities and customers skills, but Corporate needs to cherish people that actually like their jobs and the business they choose to work at and represent a business with class. Britney is a compliment to the Chili's business and because of the great food and perfect service that day, Chili's is now on my list to eat at in Prescott, AZ and I am there often. Hats off to you Britney, you are rare find in the world of business anymore, where old fashioned service is a thing of the past. I would hire you in a second. If Chili's doesnt appreciate your skills in a world of self entitled people, they are blind and will be at a loss. If the service is poor, it doesnt matter how good the food is, they both have to be there. Chili's, YOU NAILED IT. Employees are half of a business's success, take notice of Britney, you hired a great someone who represents your business to capture and keep a customer, in a tough business world. I will be back for another burger, You can credit Britney for that. Your Awesome !! bret

The atmosphere and service are great however thier food tends to be extremely salty. On three separate occasions, in the course of a year, I've ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, hoping the third time was the charm, nope, so much salt. I did send it back and was offered a different meal, to which I declined. The other three meals at my table were much the same, very heavy with salt. Again, the server was wonderful and helpful.

The host was very friendly and got us seated so fast! The service was great and so was the food! 10/10 would go back!
