Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Conway - 1111 E Oak St, USA

Never a bad experience at this location. I had a full rack of their fall off the bone ribs which never disappoint! The drinks are always spot on and service is awesome! It's been great for at least the last decade.

The service here is absolutely appalling. Once myself and six people were seated and waiting to give drink orders, our soon-to-be waiter spilled three beer bottles on a member of our party. The server, whom we never had the misfortune of receiving a name from, apologized once and promised a free dessert. She made another worker clean up the broken bottles, and she didn’t try to offer any napkins or to have the manager speak with us. Once we received our food, it was cold and unappetizing. Upon trying to pay, I waited for her to come back to, at the very least, get the free dessert she promised. Instead of stopping to talk, she came over to hug the person she spilled beer on and said “Aww I love you! I won’t spill anything on you again!” In what way was this handled appropriately? I understand that accidents happen, but it is the server’s responsibility to fix it. We were not offered any refunds or compensation. Had someone been wearing certain fabrics, a beer spill like that could have ruined it. Save your money and go somewhere else. The service here is a joke.

Had a server I’ve never seen before and she was AMAZING! Purple braided hair (very pretty), her name was Tiarra. Really took care of us and was very diligent. Made sure we had drink refills even before our last one was gone. Her attitude was great and she was very helpful with the menu. Even had a few suggestions that were amazing. Recommended the enchilada soup and I definitely will be back!! GREAT service and food. I’ve come here often and she was by far the best server I’ve had!!! I hope she sees this and I hope I get her next time we come in. Great conversation with her she’s so friendly. Thank you to the kitchen and to our server! My husband and I just adored her!

Placed an order on line for curbside pickup. When I arrived there my food was handed to me 7 minutes later. Arrived home and discovered it had mistakes. I called and was offer a $20.00 credit. A man asked for my email address but never sent it. In fact, I got nothing for the mistake Chili's did on my order. I am through going there and will never returned.

Horrible service even sitting at the bar. The restaurant was slow and they still served me cold fajitas. Then they burned the fajitas rather than make new ones. After 1.5 hours I gave up and went home hungry. The bartender had a terrible attitude and he was very curt. Don’t go here unless you hate yourself.

It was my first time going here and it was amazing! My server Jordan was amazing and super friendly and attentive. The double oldtimer burger was delicious aswell as my mac & cheese! I had a great time eating out at Chili's with my girlfriend.

Food is great and service is great too , the special lunch menu for $10 has a very nice choice food.

Most unorganized and poorly managed place I've been. If I thought there was a manager on duty that could actually help, I would have sent this food back. Combination fajitas. How do you make that horrible??? Well, start off with all precooked frozen meats, heat and serve. The servers were so confused the whole time. My Cajun pasta was not good. Seemed old. Only went cuz had gift cards. The tab was outrageous!!! Could have went to 5 star restaurant with another $10. I figured it would be at least ok due to I get take out for lunch sometimes at random Chili's.....don't bother with this one.
