The menu selections have something for everyone burgers, salads to a plated meal. Portioned just right, restaurant was clean staff was excellent... the chips and salsa surprisingly delicious
Our service was great! Everyone was super nice. Our food came out at a reasonable time and it was nice and hot. Our food was delicious. Drinks stayed full. We will be back! Some guy at the bar wouldn’t leave the host alone but we helped her out by walking in lol
The food was delicious. We liked the chips and salsa so much we got a couple more while waiting for our food. Turns out they charge $6 per extra basket of chips. The sliders we got weren’t cut as advertised (they weren’t cut at all) so that was disappointing. We were one of the last ones there because we wanted to get something to eat after a performance. The staff was very loud while they were cleaning. They were saying a lot of things that my family was disturbed by. They were not using kind language towards each other and I get it if it’s just messing around but it’s not acceptable to be doing that when there is guests. The staff can do whatever they want after everyone leaves but even if there’s only one family left, it’s best to stay on your best behavior. Face to face interactions were on point though! The staff was kind to us and checked in every once in a while.
Used to love Chili’s & have gone on/off for 30 years. Haven’t been in about three years but probably won’t return. Ordered quesadilla explosion salad with shrimp. It used to be a decent portion in a salad bowl. Now it comes on a plate and is more like a side salad. Shrimp were rubbery (maybe reheated several times?) and salad overall was not fresh. Small portion for the price. Hubs got a burger, which I know they’re focusing on from news articles. Good burger, but for the quality is overpriced. Chips and salsa: salsa was tasteless and chips were chewy/greasy. Server was nice but had way too many tables and things took a long time. Don’t think I’ll be back to any Chili’s in general.

After a bad experience at Watauga Chili's we decided to go to the Roanoke location the difference was night and day. The Roanoke location has it together. The food is so much better, no nasty burnt hamburger patties, our food came out quickly, correctly, and taste good. The pictures are of burger and chicken sandwich cut in half to see that they were properly cooked. We would definitely return to this location. good service too.
Don't order "pink" on a burger because you'll get "raw"! 100% mad and dissapointed. Never again!
kinda irritated. ordered online, asked for ranch, buffalo ranch and honey mustard on the website. got honey mustard only because I asked at pickup. i thought the rest were in the bag. i hate not getting my dipping sauces. also, food was only okay. oh yeah! the new wildberry lemonade was like wildberry water, no lemonade

Immaculate park. Very clean. Good park for 2-5 year olds with two toddler swings and two standard swings. Nice short walking loop by the tennis courts and plenty of parking.
Stumbled upon this gem and so glad that we stopped in to give it a try! Their prices are perfect and their Layne's sauce is so flavorful and delicious! We will be back again to try out the spicy chicken tenders! OH, and their milkshakes are heavenly!
