Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Newburgh - 1274 NY-300, USA

The chili is very thick almost like a meat paste, and needs some tomato sauce or something. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from a box. The broccoli texture was microwaved. They do offer black bean veggie burgers. The fries were super salty. Overall everything was so salty. The drinks were fine. The service of our server Brandon was very good, he deserves all the tips.

Super friendly staff, Food was amazing, Restaurant was very clean... I got the cajun pasta with chicken and it was just perfect. Just the right amount of spice which was very light. I also got a street corner because it Has always been a huge favorite in my book. I also tried their new beach party Rita drink, which was super fruity and very delicious. My husband ordered the chili's Philly. Which is the second time he ordered that and said, it is super delicious.

Went for an early dinner, place must've just opened. Nice, clean, and quiet

Went in and was greeted by Michael. Great personality. Made us feel welcomed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Come to find out that he wasn’t really a server. He was the bartender but he did it great and made a mean drink too. The whole experience was surprising in a good way

I was in shock when I received my food & my rice was in the paper that is placed on the tray; disgusting & unsanitary (see picture attached). I could only think that I was served like a dog on the streets. My sister order soup & was served below half of the bowl. We spoke with the manager named Riley about it. She seemed annoyed with a short fuse when responding. If that was the correct amount of the serving, we understood but not her attitude. Thankfully, our waiter Devin was pleasant, apologetic & made the rest of our stay pleasant. Hence, he was the simple reason why we stayed to finish what we started. Would I ever return? Absolutely not!

Not so hot anymore. The waitress had to be coaxed to share if there were drink specials. The portions were minimal...the shrimp were so tiny in the fajitas...ridiculous. the waitress didn't even bring a spoon for the bowl of beans. My friend had to go over to the bar to get one. She didn't ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. My friend had 3 margaritas (I had seltzer)

The waitress was sweet spoke really soft .very good attitude. My food came out wrong to well done for me I'm a knock off the horns and bring it. This was a hockey players dream. It was corrected quickly. So I'd say it's a great place. The young waitress liked my Jesus shirt don't remember her name yet hope they can tell her thank you from Texas. God bless yall

I usually love this location. I am not sure if they were understaffed but something felt off with our service and those around us. I will definitely come back as this is usually not the norm for this location. If you order the Bacon Rancher Burger be aware it is A LOT of food, but it is delicious!!
