Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Williston - 125 Cypress St, USA

This Chili’s Grill & Bar is an average restaurant. They clearly need more help. The food was okay. But we had to wait about ten minutes when we arrived and the restaurant may have had 20 or so customers. Not very busy at all.

Was pretty much empty and had a 15 minute wait. After waiting for 10 we walked out. Weird vibe in there and clearly understaffed, shame cus we were really looking forward to Chilis UPDATE: we went back a few days later at lunch time, this time we got seated immediately and served very quickly with quick arrival of REALLY delicious food. We Enjoyed our trick or treat margaritas and the sharing platter of sides. Really tasty and the guy serving us with the goatee was fantastic!

Had a great hamburger, tasty with real bacon. Mac n Cheese was better than expected. Great service from our Waiter, Daniel

Great menu, great value, tasty, love going to Chili's. My carne asada was not chewable despite being medium and the server immediately replaced it. Everything else was great. Roasted street corn was delicious, steak was tasty and tender, can't go wrong with those mashed potatoes, chips and salsa so tasty and texas cheese fries were flavorful.

Let me start by saying the server was great but it took 29 minutes for our food to come out. I ordered an appetizer and my wife ordered nachos. Food was ok but the wait was way too long. The location needs some more staffing badly.

Ordered a two shots. Ordered a strawberry daiquiri 10 minutes later from the bar to have with dinner because it was busy and I knew it would be out way after the shots and to have with dinner. 50 minutes later no daiquiri and I asked if I could order a drink from the bar so I could re order it because figured they forgot and was told “no I don’t think so” Wasn’t acting drunk, didn’t feel drunk, no explanation why at all. Pretty rude to have my order forgotten and then be refused like that. Had flies crawling on my food on top of that.

Ordered take out for the family. Husband went to pick it up. When he got home we realized they didn't give up our chips for the queso, our appetizer and one of the sides for a dinner. Called and they can't refund the missing items, so he had to go back to get what was missing. So his food was cold. Disappointing

The staff is great, the food is good but the table management could do way better. If you have high demand, if you have enough tables, why would you have only two servers? This is just greed from the management side, get more people to work for you and pay them what they deserve so they stay in the company. Is beyond ridiculous that a Chili's can't serve having the food, the tables and the demand. Greed at its best and is sad really.
