Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Statesville - 149 Turnersburg Hwy, USA

Very dated and old decor. Seats ripped and torn. The burger was good. I recommend no lettuce on it since it is processed bagged lettuce. The server was the highlight golf the visit. Not sure if her name but she was fantastic. I would have read the experience a 3 had it not been for the fantastic server! Also please turn the heat on.

Service here was very good and friendly. Food came out fast, and drinks refilled promptly. The chicken ranch quesadilla was really good for an appetizer, but the main courses not so much. We got the grilled chicken bacon avocado sandwich. The chicken was not seasoned. I got the Chilli Philly after the waiter said they sell a lot of them. Said I was picky with them, but he claimed they equalled one from philly....wrong. I could only taste green peppers on it, not the meat. Only gave four stars cause the staff was really good

Food: Not good. The pick 3 I got had stone cold everything and it was dry, bland, and flavorless. The street corn was OK and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was OK, while the Nashville chicken crispers tasted like they were fried in old oil. My daughter ordered a sirloin rare and it came out well done and we sent it back. The server was great she was kind and took care of us and kept our drinks full. They had no coffee and their fountain drink machine was down. First time and last time going here.

Service was very good from start at front door welcome. Waitress was very attentive and burgers was cooked perfect. Place is typical chilli design that will need some new improvements in the next couple years. Overall very good ,especially for price.

Stopped off interstate for lunch - three in the party. Seated promptly to a booth; music a little loud. Server over promptly and got drink orders with appetizer. Salads and then entrees came quickly- all was fresh and hot. All in all a better Chili’s than the one close to our home in Georgia.

The service here was fast and friendly. I ordered the 3 for me which is a fantastic deal! The baked potato soup was good, the burger was huge as was the side of fries. I opted for the cheesecake as a dessert and it was worth the money also. My only regret was not taking pictures of this fantastic food!

Our waiter, and I wish I remembered his name was amazing and sweet and very attentive... This was at the Statesville location Sunday 1/28 my sister and I were at table 102! I'll go back here as long as we get him again!

Went in as a family of 4 with two Littles, were told there would be a wait. No problem. Even tho there was obviously open tables, maybe a handful of tables already sat. No biggie. (It was around 11:40 am on a Saturday.) We waited for about 20+ minutes, while we watched multiple tables get sat that had came in after us. When we asked the host about how long it would be, he responded with a well we're waiting on a server to get here shouldn't take much longer. Like what... you just sat multiple tables in front of us, yet you're waiting on a server to get here? Do better chilis.
