Never been to this location. Came for an early lunch with my husband. Our waiter and hostess was friendly and sweet. Food came out hot and ready. My steak was cooked well and it was Juicy. My husband salad looked full and well put together. No long waits and food came out fast.

As usual, I ordered chips, salsa, and fajitas. Unlike the previous meals I’ve thoroughly enjoyed, this meal was not edible or palatable. Unfortunately, the steak was considerably overcooked, making it very tough to chew, and under seasoned. I ordered curbside pick-up, and I have no complaints with this service. However, I was disappointed and unsatisfied with the food quality tonight.

We ordered out. We ordered dinner for about 7 PM on a Saturday evening. This was the worst steak I have ever eaten. It was hard as a rock and dry as dust. The mashed potatoes were flavorless and seemed rather old. My corn also seemed rather old, although it was the best tasting thing of my whole meal. Haven’t been to Chili’s in awhile, guess I should’ve waited longer.

Chili's Grill & Bar – a fantastic place with tremendous flavors! I've had many meals, but Chili's is top-notch. The burgers are tremendous, the fajitas are fantastic – truly a flavor explosion! The service is great, the atmosphere is fantastic. If you want a tremendous dining experience, Chili's is the place to be. Make your taste buds great again at Chili's Grill & Bar!

Woooow, one person to serve the bar and the entire seating area around the bar. The service almost non of existence, had to ask other waiters from other sections for help. Food is always good at Chili's, no complaints but they need to work on service.

First I am local. Secondly I have given the restaurant approximately a month to make it right as they said they would, alas they NEVER MADE IT RIGHT!!! My family (and friends) prior to Christmas 2023 would frequently visit the restaurant. UNFORTUNATELY…that is when we all stopped. I had made a purchase for delivery to my home one evening. When the food arrived, there were several issues. My burger was cold and not as ordered. The bowl of chili was not only cold, it was half filled. FINALLY…the reason we always ate there, we had 4 ears of street corm which again was cold. We loved their street corn!!! I AM WRITING THIS ENTIRE REVIEW BECAUSE WE BASICALLY ATE 4 EARS OF CORN MICROWAVED AT HOME FOR JUST SHY OF $70.00!!! I called time and time starting that night and over an additional 2 weeks looking for the refund that was promised…NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH!!! Needless to say we no longer frequent their restaurant and as a local concierge, I do my best to steer patrons away from CHILI’S 🌶️ Ft. Walton Beach!!!

I travel across the USA for various business meetings and I have to admit... This is hands down the worst location I've ever experienced. In the past few months I've frequented Chili's at least 25 times. Most locations offer phenomenal service and my assigned Server is usually attentive. However, I sat after being seated by the host 20 minutes before anyone walked over to take my drink order. I patiently sat and watched as other patrons came in after myself and instantly received hospitable service. It was really an odd feeling and I believe that I am cutting all ties to the Chili's corporation. I did not feel comfortable at this location. Good bye Chili's. We had a good run while it lasted.
