Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in San Antonio - 11727 Bandera Rd, USA

Very disappointing. Counter intuitively comma I ordered half rack of ribs from this same restaurant via doordash, It arrived hot and the ribs were absolutely delicious. Side dishes were also just fine, the corn was good. Comma nice and warm because it was kept in a aluminum oil jacket. And yet I come and sit down inside the same restaurant, Order the same thing, But my ribs arrive tough, and room temperature at best. I tried them, And did not take another bite. Took him home in a to go box, and my mom used the rib meat in her cooking. Genuinely terrible. Corn was okay. Again, not as hot as with delivery. Nor as buttery, the door dash Corn was well coated in melted butter. Luckily the french fries were good, both times. That was mostly what I ate. Also ordered a drink that I can't quite remember the name of but I will include picture. It tasted great and had nice presentation. Drink was just as vibrantly colorful as it looked on the menu, But just had so much ice in it when I was finished. I'm not a big drinker, And I was driving, So I was fine with this, But I could see someone being unhappy with the value proposition. It was actually the highlight of the meal for me, lol Get it together Chili's! By the way I can hear you using a microwaveve. I havehad amazing meals at this location. I will say that I went during the afternoon when the restaurant was pretty dead, But to me that's just not really an excuse. If anything both the food quality and service would logically be better, there's less tables to serve. But I understand that sometimes when a restaurant is really busy and running like an well oil machine. They can turn out very high quality meals and service so, Hard to say. Also my firsoft drink that was ordered a sprite was basically flat. Somebody had neglected to change out the syrup packet in the back of the soda machine. I asked for a different soda and the one that was brought out was. Well carbonated and tasted perfect. Later on, it was a bit annoying. Waiting for the server to come back to our table. As I can just see her at the bar, talking to the bartender. She was very nice though. 1/10

Fantastic service and food! I went here yesterday just before 5pm and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was very attentive, checking on us and filling drinks often (I think her name is Kaitlyn - great kindness!) My parents and I all ordered the 3 for me deal. Food arrived hot and fresh. Burgers were cooked perfectly and my chicken was hot and flavorful. Great price for the amount of food! Would return to this chilis again.

Food was good, the bartender was super nice, the smells were delicious. I sat at the bar and had the el presidente margarita(phenomenal)😜. Lol.(2 actually). Anyways, I ordered the fajitas, my daughter ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I had a great dinner experience. I just absolutely love spending my money at a place where people are friendly, food is good and the whole ambiance had a comfortable and laid back way.

We had a great experience. Good food and good service!!! Kaitlyn our server was extremely busy, but killed. I got the Southwest Combo and the street corn and ribs were awesome. This chain always does a great job and never disappoints.

It is Sunday May 07/2023 at 1 pm. My fiancé and I walked into chilis for a lunch. Our server was very nice and attentive which we were very grateful for. When our food arrived, my fiancé immediately said “why is this so decorated” to which I then take a closer look and our dishes were organized in such a way that it almost looked like the food belonged in a commercial. Down to small details like my corn being coated evenly with salt and pepper. We were very pleased as it made our food look so appealing, we dug in immediately and the food was as delicious as it was fresh. Whoever is working in the kitchen needs recognition because this is exactly what every customer wishes to experience any time they spend hard earned money. Pride in one’s work is one of the greatest attributes any company can have.

Traditionally good food and cocktails...service was almost a 2 star rating. The sever was decent but his help really detracted from the experience. Lighting was really bright at this location..if that bothers you. I10 location is better.

Juan was our server.very efficient &friendly. Food excellent. My son had burger it was one of the best he's had & french fries were top notch. I had brisket quesadillas.They were great. Then to top it off the lavacake was best we've ever had.

Our waitress was awesome. She made our event enjoyable.
