Even though it was pretty busy the server filled our drinks without us asking. He looked happy & energetic. We sat in the Bar area.
Great service. Had food in less than three minutes. My Cajun chicken pasta was a B to B- at best though.
Edit: I like game nights here. Happy hour is worth it, the atmosphere is juiced and everyone is in a good mood!
Thank you for everything!
Seated right away. Food came out fast and was good. Asparagus was very heavy on the salt. But the margarita chicken and cilantro lime Asada were good. Kids friendly menu with decent prices 👌
Stopped through this Chili's while on the road. It was almost empty so we got a table right away. The service was quick and friendly, and we were able to grab a bit and stretch our legs. The restrooms were pretty gross - smelled like the sewer - but they were cleaner than anything else we were going to find.
Our waiter Jesus was very disappointing. When he brought food we asked for sugar for Tea that We ordered Sweet Tea. He NEVER gave US a second look let alone sugar. There was a nice young man that was very attentive to the room who with just a glance came right over to help. We even had to ask another employee for Togo box & check. We felt totally ignored by our server & it wasn't because he was busy he hung out in bar making drinks for people at bar.
Will Not eat at this Chili's Ever again
Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dining experience in a long time. Came for a late lunch yesterday (Sunday 5/15/22) with my family and from the beginning, the waitress was somewhat rude and hard to find. We finally ordered and that was it. We sat and sat and sat. No waitress returned. Appetizer was brought over by some random server who proceeded to basically toss the plate on the table on top of all the silverware and napkins. Then after waiting a LONG time more, my husband's grandmother (who is 90) had to call some other random server over to ask where our food was. He didn't know, didn't go check for us either. So when the food FINALLY did come, it was all cold. The corn was so soggy like it had been sitting in water all day. The ribs were dry and tasted old and reheated. The chicken crispy things did not look or anything like the photos and were greasy and cold. Dry meat and missing ingredients for the fajitas (ordered 3 meat, only served 2) the cheese in the quesadillas was cold and dry, was not melted at all.
When my mother in law asked for a refill, the waitress decided that it was more of a priority to go over instead and take an order from a table of 8 behind us.
HORRIBLE experience. WILL NOT ever be returning. Photos of the unmelted quesadilla, dry nasty meat from the fajitas
Even though we chose the bar seating, which allowed us to skip the wait, we didn't miss out on attentive service. Rebecca, our server, embodied the warmth and efficiency of someone who truly enjoys their work. Her promptness in taking our order and regular check-ins to ensure our satisfaction added an extra layer of care to our visit.
Dining on the Veterans special, the Old Timer w/Cheese and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, we found the meals to be thoroughly enjoyable. The flavors were robust, portions generous, and the presentation was just as expected from a well-known chain – neat and appealing.
Considering our meals were complimentary in honor of Veterans Day, the value was exceptional. However, Chili's is generally known for providing hearty meals at fair price points, making it a go-to for families and individuals looking for dependable taste and quality without breaking the bank.
While the beer selection wasn't as broad as we'd hoped - lacking in amber and porter options - the overall experience was highly satisfactory. Chili's stands out for consistently delivering well-prepared dishes and a welcoming environment, perfect for casual dining.
Based on our gratifying experience, I would recommend Chili's Grill & Bar for anyone in the Salinas area looking for a satisfying meal in a friendly setting. Whether it's for a quick beer and appetizer in the bar or a full family meal in the main dining area, this Chili's hits the mark.
Good food good service except when they are busy nothing else to highlight

Recommended by family, we stopped at this mariscos food truck when it was a super hot day on a recent Saturday. The line was long as all heck, you know that's a good sign. The BEST ceviche I've ever bought, hands down. Craving some right now!
I stopped by for a quick bite and found a great spot! The menu is a mix between BBQ and Spanish selections with everything from tacos to brisket. The server was educated on the tap list and menu and was prompt & welcoming.

They are currently offering endless ribket platters. I love when they have their $1 margaritas. This location has a limit of 4 during that time. The staff here are good, especially the bartender I had. It can get packed during the weekend and you wil
We started here as part of a three winery tour on a Saturday. We were the only people there early in the day, and we had a long visit with the winemaker. The setting is perfection! We loved the wines. We would definitely recommend, and we will defini
