Great service, comfortable seating. Friendly & quick service. Didn’t even need to ask for a refill, she was on it. Bacon chicken quesadilla is worth it. So filling & brought extras home & added a cheesecake for only $3.49 since I got their 3 for $ deal! Sweet. We will be back!

Consistently good food and service each time I’ve visited. The wait to be seated last time was shorter than they estimated. Lots of seating, ample parking. The menu lists calories and nutrition info.

Ordered the DoorDash and got my food. Spent $35 dollar on soggy fries and dry wings because my door dasher had 2 other deliveries before mine. $15 alone for these wings and they look dry asl compared to the first time we ordered them and now this is the second. Will not order a 3rd lmao. AND YES I BIT IT TO SEE IF IT HAD A LIL WARMTH TO IT AND IT DIDNT. Called the store and spoke to the manager she pretty much said call DoorDash. It’s sad because even tho the food was cold and soggy still doesn’t excuse how dry these wings are.

Hubby wanted to go to Chili's. I just hate the at-table electronic payment but waitstaff helped me through it. I had the brisket burger and fries, which was pretty good. Hubby had Big Mouth burger sliders, and he liked those. It's a good thing we went early (5ish) - there was quite a line waiting to get in when we left.

After waiting 10 mins for someone to greet our table we get seated in the bar area.... from that table we can see the kitchen staff not we a ring gloves and also eating on the line while cooking. Very very dirty place and it's not busy. Definitely will not be back! 🤢

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I showed up right at 11 A.M. to place a to go order. I was not greeted and the guy working kept calling me "honey". He might have been in his 20's, I am almost 40. I didn't appreciate that. However, I stayed to place an order. The girl that came up to help just stood there and didn't say anything. I asked her if she was there to take my order and she said "yeah". I still placed my order. I ordered the chicken crispers with fries and Mac & cheese. I waited a while for it and drove 5 minutes back home. The chicken was soooo dry, the fries were over seasoned and cold and the Mac and cheese was full of straight up salt. Absolutely disgusting. Luckily we had a gift card to use but still.....that was $14 wasted....even free money. The restaurant itself smelled horrible and was messy. This is the worst location I have ever been to.

We eat Chili's all the time. We eat at multiple locations throughout the Midwest and further. We always find them to offer great values and great food. The 3 for me is a great value. As a member, I also get free chips and salsa. At this location we find that it is always clean. Restroom is always clean and stocked. We did have a small problem with this visit. Our baked potato soup was cold. They took care of it right away and it was delicious. Things can happen but they will always take care of the problem. We are glad that there are so many locations across the country. Need one in Erie Pennsylvania now.

Chili’s is good but I think I got a heart attack from eating their chili, it was very oily. But overall pretty good selection of food that was pretty good. Would be a good place to eat out with family.
