Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Kansas City - 9600 NE Barry Rd, USA

I ordered a salad and a salmon meal online. Salad was $15 and there is no chicken in it. I asked the girl when I paid is this all the chicken it comes with she said "yeah" probally wont be back to this location again. Update* I got home and there was no dressing for the salad. Only the side of southwest sauce. I had to drive back and just get my money back. That took another 15 minutes.

10/21/23 Came in for lunch with my family. They were not busy. Admittedly greeted and seated. Our server was Derek. He was friendly and checked in regularly. The food was EXCELLENT. We all liked the food. The cook gets 5 stars.

Server was great. We visited on New Years day around 6pm. It was not super busy. I ordered ribs and chicken quesadilla combo meal. My husband got the fajita meal. HIS looked smelled and tasted great! Mine however was not super amazing at all. The ribs were DRY, the garlic toast was cold and hard, really the best thing about the entire meal was my Mac and cheese. Since ribs are really their signature deal I really thought they would be better. I'm not sure we will try this location again.

Not a bad place to eat! They have their crowd like everybody else, and the food is always consistent with each visit! Nice staff! Great for a quick meal, a relaxing dinner, or drinks and meal at the bar! The bartenders are directs and accommodating as they should be! From the drinks, to the appetizer and on to the entrées, you'll be satisfied 🤗 with the amount of food compared to the price! A frequent stop for this family! Enjoy and be happy! The bartender is spread too thin and unable to accommodate the bar patrons!!! 🍸 It was disappointing to wait 15 min. for drinks or an order to be taken and watching the managers sit and talk in the kitchen with the staff..... and not about work!

I was just there with my wife and baby. Ordered 3 meals, all 3 meals were cold and of the meals were missing some ingrediants. I told the server and all she did was bring me warm rice. She then apologized and told me she will give us a discount when i ask for the check. When we finished (after leaving most of the food on the table) the waitress said that the manager did not agree to give us a discount. Will not come back to this location, noone enjoys cold food!

My daughters asked to come to Chili's for dinner. I remember now why we don't come here anymore. 15 minutes my empty glass sat at the front of the table and didn't get my refill until the food got to us. My daughters pasta was luke warm at best, my broccoli was definitely not steamed. My burger was ok. My other daughter liked her secret sauce burger and fries. I get that people are short handed but that shouldn't take away from a good experience. This place will close just like Cheddar's did unless they turn things around here.

Been going to chili's for about 15 years, most of the food was good, but was way better years ago. The cook didn't really seem to put care into making the food properly. Stay clear of the zesty chili sauce that you can get with the crispers, it tasted like rancid oven cleaner.

Not the best experience. Server didn't seem to want to be there. My bf ordered the bacon ranch burger and it didn't come with ranch at all not even on the side. When he asked for ranch she seemed irritated to have to do get it. Only got 1 refill while there though our cups were empty for a while. Portions were much small that before and nothing had flavor no seasoning on anything. The southwest egg rolls were smaller than last time I went which has been a while but they did still taste good. The nashville chicken crisper were not hot they had no flavor and were more breading than chicken.
