I appreciate the fast service and fresh cooked food. Especially appreciated the accommodation for a dietary need. Clean floors and tables. Great place for a meal!
A fun family experience. The food was great, the staff was very attentive and talkative. The server knew when to slip in and ensure we had what we needed without being overly bothersome. Thanks to the service staff!
Pretty good service. We went at a weird time (2 p.m.) and the food was still fresh and delicious. Mozzarella squares are to DIE for! We did order Cajun chicken strips and got normal which is the only reason for 4 stars.
The service was great but we waited 30 minutes for our food and shortly after we got it a woman who looked to be a manager came from nowhere and started yelling at the staff in front of us and other tables. Both customers and the staff looked to be uncomfortable and we were confused because the service had been fine but maybe something happened that we didn’t see. Either way there are better places and ways to deal with it. My mom and I are both in the industry so we took care of our server but the behavior on the managers part was very unprofessional. I wasn’t going to write a review until my mom brought it up again this morning. We’re not trying to get anyone fired but the staff deserves better here!

Maybe it’s inflation, but feels like Chili’s is getting cheap on what they offer.
We have been looking for a good place to get chicken and waffles and noticed Chili’s had just re did their entire menu. They had some honey-chipotle chicken crispers so we were anxious to test it out.The service was awesome and worth it as a family. We all were stuffed with leftovers for later. We will be back to try out more. Thank you so much Chili’s.
Stopped by here to have an early dinner and met a very nice young man that’s a waiter at this location from Memphis named TJ and going to school for Dental Hygienist he was very nice and he kept checking on us to make sure we were doing ok and the food was really good.
