Nathan was amazing. I accidentally messed up his review on the tablet and wanted to make up for it. He was respectful, funny, great service and quick. We didn’t know he was new until he mentioned it! Thanks for great customer service Nathan!

Sitting here. Drinks empty, food not coming. Waiter is dry and inattentive. I can see her from our table just standing there. It’s not busy at all. Worst service when we come here. Last 2 times we walked out. Definitely won’t return. Wait staff is rude and don’t care. Take forever for anything to happen. Quite unfortunate for a chilies which is normally a great place to go. No this one. Go across the street to Olive Garden where they actually care about you.

We walked in it took someone 15 minutes to even address us to even get to a table. Once we got to the table. It was another 20 minutes before someone came over and the place wasn’t too packed but then another table got up and left and said they have been waiting over an hour and hadn’t received any food or anything, we placed our order after 20 minutes and it took another 3035 minutes for our food to come out

It really sucked to go to a restaurant and spend the entire time at the bar listening to the bar tender complain about her hours and people calling out. The manager and bartender were exchanging drama and not attending to bar guests. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

Ordered a molten lava cake curb side because my daughter was craving something sweet, said it would be ready at 7:33-7:38 pm.. got there at 7:26 waited until 7:38 no one came with my food, so I went inside, wasn't greeted, wasn't asked what my order was.. I had to pull one of the waiters from the bar area to tell him about my order. Didn't get my order until 7:50! Needless to say I left pretty upset.. won't be going back.

Some of the nicest, fastest staff. This Chilli's also tends to be less busy than anywhere else during prime time hours in a good way. Immediate seating and not too loud.

Waited 20 minutes to get a seat as watching employee walk by. I called while standing at the front and the ToGo person answered came up front to apologize sat us. Unfortunately we were sat in the section ( cocktail lounge) of the person that stared at us standing in the lobby! We were too uncomfortable to stay and left. This occurred on 1/3/24 @ 2:45pm.
