Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Florissant - 13901 New Halls Ferry Road, USA

When we arrived, they were not crowded, but we were not greeted promptly. We had to wait a while before being acknowledged. We were seated in a booth that was less than spotless. The staff was pleasant, but our meal arrived later than expected. However, the food was good, but not all of it was hot. The texture and color of the ranch dressing changed, indicating that some dishes sat longer than others. If the restaurant were a bit cleaner and the staff more attentive the experience would have been much better!

I’ve had a better experience at this location. 07/18/23 was the worst. Burger bun & tomato was mushy,fries were cold & overcooked,wings were ok,not hot,but warm enough. I immediately came back inside about the fries & got “fresh fries “. Seem like they were cooked in bad grease🤷🏽‍♀️I ordered curbside & the sauce from the wings were spilled throughout the bag. Both food containers the food was just sloppy.

Girlfriends monthly lunch date and a friend chose Chili's. I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years and we arrived after normal lunch hour, so wasn't too busy, bar area had most seats taken up by couples talking, all were eating & drinking, some with their laptops. We sat at booths and all of us enjoyed our meals. Reviews I saw the night before on my tablet about the food wasn't complimentary but what we enjoyed was fresh and scrumptious. They had special corn on cob which they've added a special taste twist. We choose different places monthly but no doubt we will be back to Chili's 😉

This was our first time visiting this location. Came about 8pm on Sunday night. It was pretty empty so we chose our seats near the bar. Our server, Vanessa was amazing! She was friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. Our food was hot and delicious, and we didn't have to ask for anything as she was on point. We spent about $57 not including tip for 2 adults and a child. We had leftovers and did I mention Vanessa was amazing?! Will def be back.

Ordered nachos to go. Wanted no meat or queso, just melted shredded cheese. I got 3 foil sheets with 4 chips each. Doesn't anybody make good nachos here in the St Louis area? I paid $13 for this, paid extra for guacamole and got no sour cream and it was disgusting.

The food was good, our server was awesome. But I am upset about the fries. I ordered cheese on my fries and instead of my server telling me that they don't have just cheese fries she rang me up for $6 Texas fries without the bacon and other ingredients. She didn't tell me until the end when it was time to pay because if that was the case then I wanted the bacon and other ingredients that come on it. I paid full price but missing ingredients unknown to me. Next time just say that.

I’m unhappy with my server. I have to ask for eating utensils, napkins and condiments. My ribs is lacking enough bbq sauce. My ribs are salty. I’m just so disgusted with this place. The coleslaw had a funny taste to it. I literally only ate the fries. This is my first visit ever! I will not be returning.

We had a party of 9 for a late lunch and was very disappointed with the service. It started off good but quickly went downhill. The food took a while to come out but i can understand a kitchen getting backed up with limited help. This is what bothered me: 1. The waitress did not address us as to why there was such a long delay in the food or seem concerned enough to apologize for the wait 2. Water glasses stayed empty until we found someone else to bring us more water 3. Empty plates piled up on the table. I even asked multiple times if she could remove some of the plates because we had a small child and she never returned to do so. She picked up plates from other tables and when asked again she got irritated. I had to find someone else to remove the plates. These are tasks that wait staff can control....timing of food not so much. I will say that the manager was very polite and approachable and i expressed my concerns to her which is why i gave a 3 rating. I would've given it a 2 if it wasn't for her. Wait staff there needs a LOT of training! I wouldn't recommend this location if you value good customer along with your meal.
