Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Russellville - 107 N Elmira Ave, USA

We love Chili's but tonight was not a good experience. We made a 6pm appointment to reduce our wait time. When we arrived the hostess had no record of a reservation. It took 10 mins to get our table, 10 minutes for drinks, 10 minutes to place an order, then another 40 minutes to receive our food. The server did refill our chips and drinks several times and apologized but offered no discount, or free item. The food was good, but the wait times left a bad taste in our mouths. Lucky, Russellville has many other good eats.

So far, all the times I've been to this chilli's I've had good experiences. That being said, I've only been in the bar area, but Stephanie the bartender has been on point. All the food that I've ordered so fas has been great.

Just lime all the other reviews there is no doubt the service is good however the food is not like the Chili's I have experienced in other towns, cities and or states. Though the service was good I didn't appreciate the servers allowing and participating in vulgar language (loudly) and gestures with other customers. Definitely not a family restaurant more like a bar with disgusting patrons. I will say again the service was good the servers were definitely raunchy from the language, gestures, biting of the nails, dirty clothes (the hygiene didn't seem to be far from the clothes) and running their hands thru their hair (keep in mind the undesirable hygiene). I was so disgusted I could not finish my meal that had hardly been touched. But the service itself was good. I would like to add I only clicked on 1 star as it would not allow me to leave it blank.

The fajitas were perfect- got the trio. The waitress was pleasant and the service was fast. Great job 👏

The staff were great and the food was fantastic. I always love the diverse menu at chili’s. We absolutely loved the 2 for $25 option that included an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert. The food was fresh and the helpings were huge! I loved the skillet cookie with ice cream on top. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

AWESOME foooood. Mixed drinks are good. Our waitress was fast and kept our drinks full! Note it does take a while to get the food, but the wait is worth it because it comes out hot and fresh!

Service needs to be improved, food is chain food so pretty basic from Chili's. I do have to say I really like how it smells when you walk in. My favorite is the 3 for me and I love their cookie with ice cream

Great servers and as expected atmosphere. Fair warning to not order the Philly cheese-steak sandwich. It comes with a little bit of meat mixed in with a mountain of onions and bell peppers. I had to ask for them to put meat on the sandwich. The overwhelming amount of vegetables made the bread soggy. Did not enjoy the meal but I’m sure other things on the menus are great.
