Tough experience. Our waitress was super nice so nothing against her. My chicken sandwich came raw, and I mean RAW as could be and I didn’t notice it until after I took a bite. Waitress was super shocked and took it back and took it off my bill. Manager came over and explained what happened…didn’t make me feel any less nauseas. Went with the burger instead and it was fine just wicked greasy. This experience may have turned me off to any Chilis going forward.

This is a very nice and delicious place to share with family and friends! Service is great, cocktails and the food are great, I'd enjoyed my last visit and hopefully I will comeback soon! The ribs were nice and the sides to share!

Nice place for a quiet dinner. Service was fast, courteous, and friendly. They don’t hover over you while you eat. My table was clean at my initial seating. Definitely a place to go to for a meal with the family or a place to grab a bite while the game is on.

Chili's in Plainville, Massachusetts, was amazing! My friend Caitlin and I went there to eat lunch on New Year's Day 2024, because An Unlikely Story wasn't open (we were going to tour the bookstore and have lunch at the café). As the saying goes, when one door closes, another one opens. Anyway, our server Melissa was very friendly and warm. The fried mozzarella and Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadillas I had for lunch was deliciously awesome! It was a really nice time, and I was very glad to spend it with Caitlin there. I haven't been to Chili's in a long time, so this was absolutely excellent!

When u signed in to Chili's club, u get free nachos or drinks which is very awesome. Good service and friendly. Food tasty and delicious, deserve the cost. Usually, there is no wait time for tables in weekdays. Fast service and on time. The atmosphere for the restaurant is quite and comfortable which suitable for family and friends. Alot of choices in the menu especially for family's dishes. I never thought about it but it worths the visit.

I like the look of this Chili’s. Seem more modern and not like a log cabin like the others. Looks sleek. I think the Chili’s chain is one of the better ones. The dishes are consistent between restaurants and the staff are generally nice and attentive. The combo deals here are also good deals. But I did notice the plates seemed deceptive. They are wide and look deep, but it’s only an illusion. The bottom of the plates are extra thick. Nice trick Chili’s - you got me there. Despite the deceptive plates I still like Chili’s and prefer it over other chains.

Great place for Dinner. The food was delicius and server Lauren so nice with us. We recommend this restaurant.
