The food was great and nice and hot, but the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. The adult beverage I ordered was tasteless, couldn’t locate the alcohol. My hotel is across the street from this Chili’s. My server was very friendly. Thank you for the $7 dollar discount after I brought the raw chicken to your attention. Appreciate it.
Overall it was busy and our bartender/ server was amazing. My quesdillas explosion salad.. the quesdillas were ice cold and hard as a rock. Our wings we ordered extra crispy were extra soft... aside from that we loved it and to be honest we will go back.
It is a good laid back atmosphere!! The food on the menu all look so good it took us a few minutes to decide, but it was well worth it. Our server was very knowledgeable regarding the food and was able to answer any questions we had. Overall a great place to bring the family.
Ordered appetizer. Chicken was raw. Told waitress and she went and told manager. She came back and asked “what do you want?” I told her I don’t want anything. Manager never came to table. Horrible customer service, restaurant was dirty from sticky menus to dirty kiosk with drips from god knows what on it. Will not return!!!
Save yourselves. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. For every single reason in for anything that you look for in a restaurant this place is absolutely horrific.

I get to-go from Chili's more often than I'd like to admit, lol. Their black bean burger is great, and the 3-for-me deal is better than any fast food combo around. $13 for a burger, fries, drink, AND appetizer. Bruh, say lessss
I was kind of wary of eating here, but my family picked this place. I can actually say I haven't eaten at a chili's in 20 something years. The food on the menu looked good, and I ordered a Swiss cheese burger. It was excellent, one of the best I have gotten at a restaurant. Large amount of food and everyone in the family was really happy with their choice. The sizzling fajitas had incredible rice. Very highly recommended, and I will not hesitate to try chili's again.
