Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Jackson - 475 Briarwood Dr, USA

Food was horrible!!! I ordered chicken and bacon quesadilla's and what I got was burnt tortillas with a sprinkle of bacon and about three slices of chicken! I had to put it in the microwave when I got home and that did nothing but make my pieces of meat deteriorate even more!!! Totally unsavable and a waste of money! Oh and that Ceasars dressing is a mess within a mess, nothing says Caesar about it and he would be disappointed to know that's how yall representing him. I ordered a CEASAR salad not a garden do whatever the hell you wanna do salad. PEOPLE SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR QUALITY FOOD NOT TO THROW AWAY!!! I COULD'VE WENT HOME AND DID JUST ANYTHING IN MY OWN KITCHEN FOR FREE‼️ JUST HORRIBLE, IT'S SAD TO SAY THAT IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD RIGHT YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL AWAY FROM JACKSON. (SAD)

I ordered a two meat Fijita trio combo and the chicken was very cold the beans seem as if it came straight out if the bag. And food was very horrible. My name is James. I stay 14 miles away for the restaurant. While driving back I only asked for my money back. The manager made it seem like I was being hostile. I wasn't I wanted what was fair my money back. He keeps offering a gift card why would I except a gift card when I paid cash. And waited patiently. So the cook offered to re do my food I told them yall can have it. It doesn't make sense if I don't want something I don't want it. By me driving back 13 miles just to except a gift card when I paid cash it's not fair and right for business and that's no way to treat and customer

We stopped here while on our trip in Mississippi and had a late lunch. I ordered the fajita trio (chicken, steak, and shrimp), as well as a starter of white skillet queso, and my husband ordered the chicken crisper with fries. Everything was great and the staff was friendly. Dining area was clean as well.

The food was very good despite them being out of certain items and substituting without letting us know. Our server was busy chatting with other servers so someone brought out my companion's food while I sat & waited for mine. Finally asking a different server he went back to check on my food and we heard... How does she want her steak cooked. So they had even bothered to make my meal. So tasted great, was hot but service sucked.

The 2 stars are for the wait staff and to-go staff, they are empathetic and pleasant. I placed an order at 8:55 pm. I waited for over an hour for corn, side salad, and half cheese fries. The young lady was extremely kind, but they are under staffed and seating isn’t great. Food was not great either, very much so thrown together. This is my second attempt within a month to eat here, probably my last.

I asked for brisket quesadillas with just meat and cheese! Only 3 of my brisket quesadillas had meat, the rest was just meat and cheese! My other order was messed as well! Very disappointed, Chilis did me like this

Our of all the restaurants we ate at, except chains of restaurants in this area, we did not find anything to come even close to this place: even the 'canteen type' of places charge high prices because of the tourists. This place has steaks starting from 19 USD going up, yet the price is more justified than the pathetic places we have been to in this area and were charging very high prices for no reason. We were taken to a booth on the left as soon as we arrived and the place was rather empty until our meal arrived. We also noticed a musician was setting his place, so probably this is the location to be in the evening. We just wanted good food, quiet surroundings and a relaxed place with no canteen feel as we experienced up to that point. This place is a winner from all point of views. That is why I highly recommend this place.

In response to the (owners) reply. Sir, normally I wouldn't even leave a reply, unless it was 5 star. I dislike negativity and pettiness. My date and I were seated at least 15-20min and never had the opportunity to order a drink or appetizer even. We watched 2 other groups be seated beside and in front of us whom were taken care of within 5min. I told my date that if I see one more group that came in after us, get serviced before us, we were leaving. So when I saw it the 2nd time....we left. There will not be another visit, we left Briarwood and went to Chili's in Madison and it was phenomenal there. Within 2min we met our server, had drinks, appetizer, then the main. I really appreciate great service and a friendly professional energy and to be honest, I won't be back to the Briarwood location. I don't believe I have ever felt more disregarded, sitting down to eat. I will however enjoy the Madison location, in the future. Thank you
