The service was good. Our waitress was attentive, helpful and friendly. She checked in on us enough but not too much that it was a bother. We just didn’t like the food. We got a spread of appetizers and the enchilada soup. The salsa was like paces, the queso was ok but not great, the chips were soft. The chicken strips with our appetizer sampler… one was cold one was blazing hot. The southwest egg rolls were soggy. The ranch was watered down. The mozzarella cheese sticks were good, but you only get 3 for $9 which seemed pricy. Last, the enchilada soup was cold. Which is a bummer because the flavor was 10/10. The chair portion of our booth was broken and wobbles quite a bit whenever we moved, which made the experience extra awkward. Overall we decided we won’t be back. Not because of the service. We just don’t love the quality for the price.

Had a great server, Johnna, who is super patient and very attentive. Chips and salsa -delish. Corn over cooked-possibly in a warmer too long. The food was way over salted. Brisket quesadilla was drenched in black pepper and salt. -inedible. Skillet cheese dip -disgusting Through the whole ordeal our server was super patient and we kindly asked them to deduct the food that wasn't edible which they did. Aside from that, the crispy chicken crunchers, Mac and cheese, fries, and Southwest eggrolls - good!

Visited on a Monday night and were seated immediately. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried the chicken strips with the chipotle sauce and they were DELICIOUS. The chips and 3 dip starter was amazing. Also tried a strawberry Margarita and it was delicious too! Our server was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service. The restaurant was clean too.

We've been here a few times in the past and its been o/k, but this was the last straw for me.. Right from the get-go it was not good. The table was sticky, then the server only took drinks even though we were ready to order food as well, he just didn't give us the chance. It took a while for him to get them back with the drinks, prob 10 min or so. I ordered the try 3 with carne asada as my entre. We asked for the "free" loyalty chips and salsa for signing up for the app. 10 min later we got our side salads which were smaller than ever. I coul hold this bowl in the palm of my hand. 2 cucumber ships spanned the top from side to side. Then 15-20 min later then the food comes without the tortillas, which he said he'd go get right now. By this time our drinks were empty and no offer to refill. My wife started eating her steak while I was looking at the big chunk of shoe leather that was supposed to be Carne Asada on my plate. It was cut in 1" strips that were 3/4" thick and beyond well done, not even a hint of pink in it. (If you aren't going to serve it, don't offer it. Call it what it is, steak, and a cheap over cooked tough one at that or be honest and tell me you ran out or whatever the case is.) I Cut the strips into manageable pieces, but didnt get to eat for about 10- 15 minutes while i waited for the tortillas. He went by several times before finally remembering to bring them. By this time it had taken so long and I was just plaine starving so I started to eat them. but I really should have called the manager and asked them what this was because it was not what I ordered. Then I asked for the bill and the chips were not complimentory. $6.99. I asked the server to take them off and he asked for that to be taken off but it never was. 15 minutes later after he told me to back out of the bill in the electronic pad and go back in several times to see if it had dropped off he put it on a separate ticket so we could finally pay and get out of there. ( in that 15 min our server told another server right being me that it had been a bad night, and that the night before he had actually walked out in the middle of his shift.) The people behind us also had stuff wrong with their order and the manager took it off for them. Holy moly I don't know how they're still in business. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever be going back.

It has been a long while eating at this Chili's location. We were seated quickly and our order, taken shortly thereafter. The server's attentiveness was not 100%, I asked other employees for drink refills, my last "to-go" refill never even happened we even waited around 5 minutes after our leftover boxes were dropped off. Ordered a seasonal cocktail, meh, didn't even come with the flair of the fun candies on top. Granted these are first world concerns, I would have tipped more if the dining experience matched the effort accordingly.

We went to this Chili's for Veteran's Day as my father in law is a Veteran and Chili's had a free meal. The hostess' actually forgot about us, we had to wait for a server to sit us at a booth. Once seated, it was about 45 minutes until the first of the food was handed out. We weren't notified of any delays in the kitchen, but the table next to us got seated, fed, and had tableside service for shots the whole time so I doubt a delay was the reason. Once we got our food, my father in laws soup was cold and crackers were stale and yucky. Once we could track down our server, we were brought another cold soup to the veteran of the table, that didn't taste like it was cooked all the way through. We asked to leave, and that the food wasn't acceptable, and asked to have one of the meals taken off the bill since one meal wasn't even eaten. That's when the server told me that "we already offer the comped Veterans Day meal." I'm sorry, but a free advertised Veteran's day meal is not an excuse for this level of service. I've worked in food service and I understand things get crazy and not everything can go to plan, but a little understanding goes a long way for a bad experience to make it even the slightest bit better. All we needed was communication and a make it right for this inconvenience and be sent on our way. Unfortunately that was not the case this time.

I love Chili's, the food is delicious, I always have an amazing experience with them, but yesterday I just had one problem with the food I ordered for takeout. I ordered two fries, you only delivered one. I also did not receive the Honey Mustard sauces that came with the meal.

Great experience overall. Food was fresh and delicious. Blackberry ice tea so refreshing, as well as the monthly Margarita. Our server Vanessa was by far some of the best service we have ever had. Super friendly, refilled drinks timely, checked in often. Great time.

My family and I have been coming here since the late 90s. Same owner, though the location has "moved" over the decades. Food is always piping hot fresh. After almost 30 years, they're still pretty good.

This place is good, I'm not sure what people really have to complain about. This is clearly not a high-end luxury restaurant. The food is fine, if not great, and the price is fair for what you get. In typical Mexican restaurant fashion, you get 2 mea
