The only thing that was good was the boneless wings husband got. I wish I got those too. We wasted $50 bucks and he was the only one that really ate, mine was terrible. It had no flavor and the salad she brought me tasted like mayo. The waitress was a snob. I didn't return my food because every time I asked her for something or said something was wrong she rolled her eyes at me and always made a noise to let us know she was annoyed. I have never had a waitress act like this and if I wasn't so tired from traveling I would have said something to her or asked for the manager but WOW. The waitress was a tall lady in her 40s that was a dark blonde. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day and doesn't treat other people like that, especially because having a good attitude always gets you better tips. I was going to leave $20 bucks as a tip because we were on vacation. Plus my husband and I both know from experience how hard and under paid waitresses usually are and we try to give back a little bit when we can. With how she acted we only have her 7 dollars on a $50 tab which is still a decent tip but still she really didn't deserve anything with how we were treated. I was trying to be hopeful that she was just maybe having an off day. The other thing I was upset about was that she or someone took the game tablet away without asking. I went to the bathroom and my husband was watching the game and didn't notice it being taken. When I got back I asked him why he had it taken away because we were playing it, he had no idea it was taken. It wasn't that big of a deal but it would of been nice if she had asked if we wanted it taken.

Something is up with Chili's lately... they've stepped it up a few notches. Food is just... better. Hotter, fresher tasting... and we've always been happy with the service at this location. We usually go once a week and usually sit in the bar. The bartender serves us half the time and he's just a nice guy. No complaints.

Super kind and respectful employees. Great food and great quick service 👍 Really enjoyed the waitress we had on this day as well. He deserves a raise

Food started off great, but the fajitas entree was bad food was bland. Rice was so overcooked that it seemed like they just threw it in the microwave to warm it up. Had the brisket quesadella, and it was not good and way too spicy. I waited a while for a drink refill. The waiter/bartender checks on us twice. Even the other table got me attention. The host was not every professional. He made a joke that was not funny. Saying do you want a kids menu😑 we are 2 adult with not kids. Worse experience I had at a chill's. Corporate should get there act together. Update on 5/20. We stopped by to grab dinner, thinking it would be better...well, it wasn't. The server didn't check on us. I was waiting for my water to get refilled. We tried flagging down a server, but they just walked past us. The beef fajitas were burned, and i could smell it. The side were child portions. Why did i think they would be better, my mistake.

9/19/23 Three of us had lunch today at the Chili's in Rohnert Park. The food was really quite good, but the service…NOT. Our waitress clearly would rather have been somewhere else, probably anywhere else. We felt we were intruding on her time while she took our order. The only thing the server did was take our order, after a significant wait, and told us how to pay the bill. There was a young lady that brought our food, and she was fantastic! Her name was Iris and we would have much preferred her be our server. She brought us everything we needed, soda refills, more napkins, ranch dressing, and she did this enthusiastically and with a wonderful smile. I waited tables for about 25 years and I almost never give a negative review to a server. But this one well-deserved it. I hope the management promotes Iris to be a server soon, because I am positive that she will do a far better job.

Took my nephew to K1 racing in Rohnert Park. We had an hour and a half wait so we decided to go to chilis and get food to take up time. We walked in and were seated by a kind young lady. A woman named Krista came over and introduced herself as our server. She was kind, prompt, compassionate, and quick. She always made sure our drinks were full and was very friendly. I definitely hope Krista is our server if we come back. A plus service and very friendly!

Best Donut shop in Rohnert Park, and it does not even come close. The maple bars are fantastic, the chocolate old fashion is to die for, and the white frosting cakes are sublime. The ham cheese croissant is delicious as well. I love this place and ea
