Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Newark - 3220 Fashion Center Blvd, USA

I've been a loyal customer of Chili's for quite some time and have always enjoyed the dining experience, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. During my meal, I found a bug in my lemonade, which was not only disgusting but also made it impossible for me to enjoy the rest of my food. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, the offered solutions were far from satisfactory – a free dessert or a minimal discount of $6 on my bill. Considering the unsettling nature of finding a bug in my drink and the impact on my overall experience, the compensation offered was inadequate. I only managed to eat two bites of my food prior to finding the bug. Because I could not eat any of my food, I ended up paying for an unsatisfactory meal. I've loved Chili's in the past, but this experience has left me reconsidering future visits to Chili's. I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope this review helps address areas that need improvement.

Disappointment!! Keep going to the next restaurant and get your money's worth. Terrible service for a Wednesday. Asked for the manager once I waited over 15 minutes for my check. Manager was to busy to come out and talk to me. I recall days when they circled the floor speaking to customers about service. No Show for this manager, sad. Considering the poor service, meal was hot. Sides forgotten and I asked for them as my plate was sat down and didn't receive them until 10 minutes later and almost done. Do yourself a favor, PASS on this slow slacking service and save your money and time. And check your change I was not given proper money back and had to wait again for that. Run!!!!

I bought a mini molten chocolate cake along with the main course and I fell in love with the cake 🍮, simply delicious 😋

The food was delicious, and the service was Amazing. Our meal was very flavourful.

We decided to eat here last minute, and I was surprised how empty they were during happy hour (but thankful as we have small children). It took a few minutes to be seated, but our food came out immediately. It was obvious that the kids mac n cheese wasn’t “homemade.” But my kids ate it quickly just like at home. I was pleased with my food, but my husband wasn’t at all. Our server was pleasant and checked in frequently. There were flies that kept hovering our tables which was disgusting, but I know sometimes unavoidable with incoming customers. I had a major issue with the server who delivered our food, though. She stated that the plate was very hot (which it was), but chose to set it on the table DIRECTLY in front of my 1-year-old. I immediately pushed it away trying not to burn myself, and she (while smiling) apologized as if it wasn’t a big deal. Servers shouldn’t have to be educated on not placing a severely hot plate in front of a baby. It should be common sense. Aside from that, our food was good, but the overall experience was pretty forgettable.

Had a nice lunch with my little one. We were seated quickly, the place was quiet and clean. Waitress was friendly, took our order and the food arrived fast. My mini sliders were good, really liked the sautéed onions. My daughter enjoyed her chicken pasta, and she loves the side salad option. We of course saved room for dessert, a cheesecake and mini molton cake.

I love eating here and the staff is pretty nice and on top of their customers. Even when training one. The food is always good and comes out hot and their drinks are so good. I've not had a bad experience at chilis!

This Chilis was a great location, frozen magarita was good I ordered strawberry, and the desert was delicious. I will be returning. Service was great.
