I love the care dedication I get with the service received, sometimes while dinning in I can be picky, not at all in a mean fashion, but just in how I like my meals cooked, I appreciate the patience and still receive kind service and even when I come in for pick up same deal, Thank you Chili's in Montclair! This chili’s never lets us down. It’s always a great experience for us here. The food is consistent and the service is great. Ryan, Jesus, and Leo are very attentive and will go above and beyond to make your experience a great one.
Every Chili's ive visited is just not that sanitary. Underneath the tables are old napkins and food crumbs. The food is not that great. Our server was awesome. He made the Chili's experience durable. That's my opinion.
Our server Miranda was amazing, she had a full table of 16-18 people right across from us, she made it a point to check on us and her other customers, very professional and patient.

Not bad for food and dining atmosphere. My daughter had the bacon burger which she said was pretty good. I had a bowl of chili... a little salty for my taste. I tried the fried pickles which weren’t bad.
The chocolate cake and ice cream dessert was so good though! Very tasty!
I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. This was the most disgusting experience. We ordered an appetizer and our wings were RAW! We expressed our concerns to the waiter and she called the manager and all we got was “I’m sorry” nothing else. We immediately left. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. I’ll add a photo for reference. Go somewhere else!
Food was great. Service was good. The wooden dividers that separate the tables and walkways were super dusty. The table device that has kids games and pay with was also dusty & greasy.
Oh my gosh! Have not been to Chili's in years, and this visit will make me come back way more often! The BEST service I've had in a long time. Wish I would have gotten the waiters name (brown haired guy with tall spikey hair) awesome attitude and just really on it! Ordered the 2 for $25 (I think that's what its called) ...Apps, entree, and dessert! so much good food! Oh! Loaded baked potato soup is the BEST!
