I was worried about dinning at this restaurant again after I read several negative reviews. Yes, the restaurant is understaffed there were only 3-4 servers when we went in, and the atmosphere felt like a ghost town. Because of this, although there are many tables available, you will not be seated immediately because only 10-15 tables are open to dine in. We had an excellent server. Once we were seated, she came immediately to take our order and the food was cooked right. She was attentive to our needs even though she was running around helping the other servers. We were very grateful, I can only imagine how overworked she might have been. I would say don't come to this restaurant if you're not a patient and understanding person. I think they're doing their absolute best with the staff they have and I saw a lot of 'now hiring' signs all over the restaurant. The staffing shortages they are experiencing, are beyond their control. We had a pleasant dinner and we will visit this restaurant again.

I like chili's it is not a bad place to eat at all. My experience was overall good except for customer service and the environment. It seemed they had cold air rushing through the vents during winter, and the basics of attaining silverware for the table you serve should be a priority. Regardless of short staff, the customer is always first, and having experience, I know this first hand. To workers, customer service is key to getting a good reputation as an individual and as a team.

This review is based on multiple poor experiences with this location. The staff tends to close the restaurant randomly during business hours. Even on occasions when they restaurant is not busy, I end up waiting 45+ minutes for food. Often, the food is incorrect or cold by the time it gets to the table and it has to be sent back. The kitchen has a "limited menu" anytime within 1.5 hours of closing time. This, as it has been explained to me, means you cannot order anything from the grill nor desserts that need to be prepared. The waitstaff has been quick to say "the guys in the kitchen are mad at me, sorry about the food!". Unfortunately, I have heard this excuse a few times. While I do not know what goes on in the kitchen, I understand this is not the proper way to serve customers. This location has been extremely convenient for me, but I will no longer spend my money here. I can get the wrong order served cold for much cheaper somewhere else.

South west egg rolls were raw on the outside and frozen in the middle. This explains why the cook didn’t cut them in half. The food down the street at the local Prison chow hall would have been better!!

Ordered on Halloween to take to a party. The party platters were a hit. Delicious and fresh. And the salsa and chips were excellent. Great job! We ordered wings, Burger bites and fries.

My family and I eat here pretty often, I’d say it’s my favorite in town. Despite them being understaffed all the time, when we dine in, we always have the nicest waiter/waitress and the food is always delicious. Service can be a little slow but that is expected when places are understaffed and it seems like that’s the problem everywhere now a days. This platter is by far my favorite thing to order at Chili’s. The corn on the cob is to die for.

I usually enjoy Chili's. I eat at the bar. I ordered a SW Salad with Salmon. That order came out wrong. My bartender disappeared. No one checked in until I had finished. Just a suggestion, mow the front lawn. Hire help that cares. Travis, at Mariscos Altamar make margaritas 🍹 that are soon much tastier. I eat at Chili's on most every road trip. This experience was not good. The Chilli was not bad.
