Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in East Peoria - 800 Riverside Dr, USA

I usually have a pretty good time at Chili's, but knowing my way around a kitchen a bit, the food was terrible. Ordered wings, they were grease filled and recooked in the fryer, this is where they are double dipping the food in the frier 2 times to reheat it. I left my food there, was about sick after trying a few wings.

Used the app to beat the wait. Chips and salsa, mozzs and eggrolls. Fajitas looking good. Kids meals were good. Deserts were perfect. Good drinks and server did great.

We drove here from Florida on a rd trip. We came through 200 miles of Illinois farm land and nothingness.... to Chilis which was PACKED TO THE GILLS ON A TUESDAY. 🤣 It was CRAZY! We got the last parking spot. Had to wait to be seated. But the service was amazing. Everything was delicious. 10/10.

My son and I came to this location and it was terrible. The hostess seated us at a visibly dirty table, when we asked to move to a clean table she rolled her eyes and told us we could move to the other side. Plot twist - that was dirty too, the booth was split open with stuffing coming out and cheese all over the seat and table. When we told the waitress she shrugged and said well then have a good day and left. Will never return. There's a reason this location has such a bad rep with the filth and attitude.

The service was outstanding 👏 appetizers came right out and I never had to ask for a refill. Our waitress was right on top of it. I wish I could give the food a 5 star 🌟 as well, but my fajitas and my boyfriend's sample platter with chicken tenders, Cajun corn on the cob, ribs and brisket quesadillas were just ok. More specifically, the fajita meat (steak,chicken, shrimp) was not very good. The corn on the cob and ribs weren't great either, but the chicken tenders and quesadillas were pretty good! Overall, I'd still recommend it as a good place to eat.

Went here for dinner while in Peoria on Business. Although I usually enjoy Chillis when traveling on business, I sat at the bar, only me and 2 other gentlemen at the bar. Clearly, this location is not diverse friendly. And it was made clear to me that I wasn't exactly welcome. As I was sitting there watching a game, the manager asked the 2 other guys if they were watching and looked me in my eyes and changed it without one word or even speaking. The bartender took forever to serve me but was attentive to the other 2 gentlemen.

Very friendly staff. Our waiter Jonathan was very friendly and johnny on the spot to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Definitely be going back. Not to mention the food was delicious and their margarita's are to die for. They were so good I had 3. Lol Blackberry, tropical sunrise, jackberry. Yum yum and my boyfriend loved their strawberry lemonade

Used curbside... early dinner 4:00... not busy... took over 45 minutes to deliver the food (they said 15 minutes when ordered)... food portions were small compared to my same meal a few weeks ago (same menu)... had to go inside to initiate payment, notification that I was there to pick up order, and let them know their curbside appliance wasn't working... no communication between kitchen, cashier, staff.
