What a great experience! Our server Maurice, went above and beyond taking care of us! Ask for him when you go, I promise you will not be disappointed. Our food came out quickly and was fresh! The new mozzarella cheese stix are flipping delicious! All of our food was cooked perfectly! It must be under new management because we haven't been there in almost a year and it was outstanding! This was on a Saturday night with a packed house. 👌
🚩🚩Horrible food and customer service🚩🚩First of all I walked in for curbside stood there looked in the kitchen watched a waitress sneeze in her hand and immediately grabbed a plate. Heard a customer hollering for a waitress that took a drink order and never brought it to them because they was helping the manager fill her car up with boxes. Then if it couldn't get any worse I ordered a soup and Caesar salad the lettuce was brown the salad didn't look appealing AT ALL the dressing was so much vinegar I couldn't eat it. The soup 100% came out of a can it was horrible. Listen I would understand if y'all was busy but u wasn't and I now see why. Your workers can 100% make or break ur business and it looks like y'all need to start all over! So I now gave y'all money for food that I cannot eat! 🤦🏻♀️Smfh
Hubby and I ate here today for lunch. We were seated right away as it wasn’t very busy. We both ordered Fajitas. I ordered the shrimp and steak. My hubby ordered the trio that has shrimp, steak and chicken. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, service was extremely slow. It took a while to get our drinks or our food. On a more positive note when the food finally arrived it was piping hot and delicious. Would I return a second time? I am not sure, I am a foodie who enjoys a great meal which this was, but on the other hand one of my pet peeves is great customer service. It wasn’t the waitress fault that the food was slow, she wasn’t the cook. Therefore I still gave her a generous tip. The verdict is still out on this particular restaurant.
Celebrating with family for my mother's birthday!!! We did not have to wait on a Saturday night and the place was comfortably crowded with AWESOME service. Everyone grated us and checked on our table frequently. The food was great with good portion sizes. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available. Comfortable with clean restrooms! Highly recommend.
Our waitress, Lauren, was amazing. She made our experience the best we've had eating out in a long time. She stated that she was new, but you couldn't tell. Food was great but service was the best part.
The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The staff were all very kind. The speed of service was abysmal. There were at least three tables around us (in our section) that were empty. Took over an hour to get our food. Our server, while nice, was not attentive. She didn't ask about refills at any point and did say she would ask how much long we had to wait, but then we didn't hear from her for another 20+ minutes (at which point she told us it would be a little bit longer). She was apologetic and I know the speed of the kitchen is not her fault; she could have just communicated better. When food did arrive, it was still hot, but definitely not worth the wait. Just run-of-the-mill flavors. Will not be returning to this establishment.
Maurice was our server.... EXCEPTIONAL service!! Extremely police kept us updated on drinks and checked on us frequently!! Thank you Maurice it was a pleasure!! We ate our food before I took a pic!
It was your typical Chili's 🌶️ establishment. Very nice, good customer service, reasonable prices. Only issue I had were that they stated they were at capacity (pandemic capacity) which meant their were many booths and seats open but they were on s shortage of silverware. We received our food but could not eat. We had to ask for plastic utensils which (something they should have suggested or waited until they found eating utensils to bring out our food) our food was cold by the time we received utensils to eat with. It messed up the experience. The food was cold but it was good.
