Great staff, atmosphere & service! Good price point on food and drink. Ordered dinner in bar area & bartender was fabulous (couldn't get his name, sorry). Highly recommend.

So I ordered the shrimp tacos they were good for the price given but to be quiet honest I didn’t really enjoy them so if you can eat meat I would’ve gotten that. The fries would’ve been good except they get soggy. The mango tea tasted fine. So overall good place for good price this is fast food.

the food was so effing good the cook knows what they’re doing. the honey chipotle crispers and mexican street corn were perfection. definitely making the drive out to this location than the one near me.

Check, check, & recheck your orders for On the Go - accuracy is not their strong suit. Yet you're expected to tip 15-20% before this "service" is even completed. *Edit 10/31/23 - since there is no rebuttal button to the owners response... Bartender charged me regular price for a beer thinking I wouldn’t notice when it was happy hour. African American lady in the Louis Vuitton sweater off work was drunk walking around the restaurant. A family came in (mom,dad,daughter) asked if they could order a grilled cheese really quick and she stated it had to be really quick. The bar wasn’t even busy. She was more busy talking. Jeff was manager on duty. Seemed to like to joke around more with employees rather then caring for customers. Don’t go here. Make sure you look at your itemized receipt well. Also the tablet was broken on the table.

Usually Chilli’s is one of our go to places and surprises us with how well the food is. This last experience left us with much to be desired. Mediocre service, the shrimp tacos were cold to the touch and the barbecue plate tasted like microwaved food. We will go back and hopefully have a better experience.

2:48 PM dine-in with my hubby. The place was pretty empty. Their was a hostess & 3 waitresses talking by the entrance. We were sat immediately. Drinks & salsa were served within 5 min. then it went downhill. We finished 2 bowls of chips & 2 sets of drinks before our soup came. It came BEFORE the salad. Our 1st set of soup bowls were only 1/2 full & VERY thick. Like it was the bottom of the pot.& they were like warm! We were offered soup again, so I took pics. S.W. chicken & enchilada soup. FINALLY our salads came. Garden & Fresno salad. The Fresno salad only had dressing on 1/4 of the salad, while the dressing for the garden salad comes in a small container as you can see. They need to step up their service!!! No waitresses standing around. 2 were afraid we would say something so they started to clean a table TOGETHER, just so they could continue their conversation.

Had problems with kiosk payment system - twice. First, at our booth. Our server couldn't get the device to work, then tried another before getting a printed copy of the bill and processing it the old-fashioned way. Then, we went to the take-out desk where kiosks are also used to get some gift cards and the only kiosk had to have a battery change and reboot to process our purchase. These payment issues added ~20 minutes to our experience.
