Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Bradenton - 3715 1st St, USA

I'm from Ohio visiting friends in Bradenton Florida. They had never been to a Chili's. It wanted to treat them as I frequent Chili's in Ohio a lot. They liked the atmosphere and our server was very attentive and informative . We ordered the 3 for me. My friend got the serloin, her husband got the Cajun shrimp pasta, and I got the Cajun chic m en pasta. We all got the potato soup. All the food was extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection. The only issue was it was Luke warm except for the steak which was perfect. When our server came to check we mentioned how good everything was except it wasn't very warm. We weren't complaining and did not expect anything. She offered to take it back to the kitchen but we had already started and it was acceptable. Then the general manager came to our tab l e. Angel Reyes is the GM. and really cares about his patrons as does his chef Mr. Eric. They took wonderful care of us. It was a pleasure to meet him. He is awesome. His restaurant is welcoming and offers the best food and service I have experienced. (Sorry Ohio!) I wish I was going to be in Bradenton longer but I know my friends were extremely impressed with the food and especially Angel and will be returning often. Thank you Angel!

Dipped in for a quick bite to eat last night and it was pretty decent by 9p on a Friday night standards go. Service was good, food came out reasonably quick. We were able to get in and out and be on our way.

Two stars because our waitress was attentive, but very busy. The food was awful. I had the burger bites ate two and gave the leftovers to my dog. The rice tasted like a leftover from the night before. The restraunt smelled as if it needed a good cleaning. Very disappointed, usually, Chili's is a guaranteed good meal. Not this place.

This Is Two Different Occasions By The Way Both Times I Sat At The Bar And Was Served Greatly And The Food Was Awesome Don’t Be Afraid To Ask For Your Food How You Like It It’s Your Money And Your Food Lol They Are Great But There Is Always This Smell When I Go There Can’t Figure Out What It Is Besides That They Are Great.

Let’s start off with me and my cousin being fat shammed by the waitress. We both wanted our own basket of chips and salsa and she had a problem with it! Chips had so much salt on them it was ridiculous. Then our food comes out and I ordered a bacon burger should of told them to hold the oil every time I would take a bite from my burger my mouth would fill up with oil I didn’t even finish it. It’s either a hit or miss I’ve notice it’s usually in the day time I’ve had a problem with either the waitress or the food.

Gave me ribs with no sauce then put my corn in chicken crisper sauce

I made an order for pick up. Went and got it. My fault I didn't check my order before leaving. After I got home I realized that my order of the Quesadilla Bacon Ranch was missing items. Only 5 pieces in the box. Were they should been 8 pcs. No ranch, no picó de gallo, no sour cream. They were hard, and looked like they were a day old. I called the restaurant and the manager spoke with me. He promised to make it right and that he was personally gonna make it for me. Honestly, that food had been the worst food I've had in a while. The picó tasted like fridge and tomatos seemed all soggy. The ranch was watery and bland. I had also ordered the cilantro ranch carne asada. From a 10 being great to a 3 worst is the rating I can give it. Then the box were they served the food has so many grooves that half the food stays in the box. Very disappointed.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was on the slower side. The food was really good. The bathrooms were clean. Our bartender was very polite an friendly and kept our drinks full!
