Chili's Grill & Bar - Restaurant in Aurora - 6646 S Parker Rd, USA

Went at 5:30 on a Monday. The restaurant was near empty, and food came quick. Service was great and staff was attentive. Good first experience.

2023-Nov. We arrived close to 9 pm on a Saturday. There were lots of parking spaces available. There were few people inside so we got seated right away. The facility was clean. We got served quickly. Our drinks, appetizers, desserts, and meals arrived appropriately. Refills were filled promptly. The food tastes good and freshly made. The only caveat was some of the chips were stale. It's ok though since it's bottomless chips and salsa. Bon Appétit!

Chili’s is consistent and the food is on par with what you’d expect from a huge chain. It’s not very vegetarian friendly so be aware… definitely not good for vegans. The bottomless Chips and Salsa is sadly my favorite, I call it my chip fountain. Service at this location has always been attentive and quick and I go almost weekly with a group of magicians to chat magic. The architects who designed the building likely had a sense of humor or no sense of how details may be interpreted, it’s worth going just for the chuckle.

when I ate here a bit ago, I met this wonderful waitress with long hair in a ponytail with pink in it, and she was the sweetest thing complimenting my clothes, she's been on my mind since. i hope one day to meet them again. anyways the food was great as always

First time at Chili’s in a long time and I can honestly say I will never go back. The food was horrible and undercooked. The chicken and shrimp was practically raw. 🤮 No complaints with the waitress. Manager said he would credit us 50% of our entree’, but he failed to, until we caught it at last minute. Never again!

Waitperson took a while to come take our order, so much so, that I got up from table peering in kitchen for her. Other employee retrieved her, and service was smooth from then on. Food was good n fresh, though my dining companion wasn't thrilled about his burger, said it was just "Eh". My Chicken Salad was good. Not a lot of dairy-free items. All pasta sauces are Alfredo, all salads come with a Ranch variation. Appetizer dipping sauces are Ranch, Bleu Cheese and cheese. But being signed up for Chili's Rewards meant I got a bag of flour tortilla chips and a container of salsa to go. 👍

Edit: Chili’s invited me to ask questions at their site. I have no questions and my review is self explanatory. That Chili’s forces me to sit in the bar while eating a meal; the other locations do not. I am now dining at the other locations. I don’t have any questions. Prior comment: I eat at Chilis 3 to 4 times a week at the Parker Rd location. Quite often they force me to sit in the bar area; they close down restaurant seating. I will be dining at another chilis from this point forward

Nice and cozy atmosphere, great service, and food/drinks were good. We had a wonderful and funny server, who was attentive and knowledgeable. We sat close to the bar at a half booth, and had multiple choices to tvs if we wanted. It was a wonderful meal, and an entertaining evening.
