What a cute area with an even more amazing story of its creation. It’s so impressive how well this park was thought out with children at the center of its design. I wish more states dedicated space to kids like Boston does because this park gave my three small kids core memories that won’t be easily replicated.
Awesome playground! Several play areas so kids won't get bored. Fast metal slides (covered by awnings so they don't get too hot), pirate ship, water play, and a huge dodecahedron jungle gym. Lots of seating for adults and the harbor view is spectacular.
Overlooking the harbor/downtown Boston
is a clean walking space with benches and landscaping
Heard that sunset and sunrise was beautiful here so came to see for myself. Unfortunately went on a cloudy morning but hoping to go back to see the beautiful colors in the sky reflecting on the harbor soon!
Very clean and well kept!:)
This is also called Richard Martin Park. It’s a wonderful play space with beautiful plantings and a variety of ways for kids to play including slides, a giant pirate ship, water elements , and much more.
We were there on a weekday in August, in the middle of the day. It was not too crowded but it was very hot. Not a ton of shade. Also there didn’t seem to be a breeze where there was a breeze along the water when walking back to the car. So maybe this is good place to visit on a windy day.
Drinking fountain available to fill up water bottles.
Lots of seating - great place for a picnic. Lots of food options nearby as well - very close to a Bon Me, Boloco, Flour, Starbucks, convenience stores, etc.
Parking is tough. We got a spot at the Necco St Garage using the parking whiz app.
Amazing park! Two sides connected w a bridge. One side w slides, swing and rope structure the other w a boat, music instruments and water spray pad. Benches,.shade and drinking fountain. Beautiful view of the city.
There is a really beautiful waterfront view of the eastern edge of downtown Boston from the Children's Wharf Park. This small boardwalk area right outside the Boston Children's Museum allows you to capture the skyline along with the tacky rendition of the Boston Tea Party ship. There is ample meter parking nearby, but it can still be difficult to locate a parking spot during the meal hours. The distance from the skyline is on the short side, so be sure to use a wide-angle lens to allow sufficient padding above and below the skyline.
Nice setup and sides very fun for kids,. Great location in City, really nice place. Lots of secret spots for kids to play in. Lots of return potential

Ridiculous just how lovely this park and the Emerald Necklace trail system is while located right in the middle of a major metropolitan city. The paths are well designed, kept very clean and super photogenic in low autumn sunshine. Truly lovely. Gre

My children love coming to this park. It's usually clean, but I bring a pair of gloves just in case there is any trash on the playground that needs some discarding. The sprinkler feature is a definite fav. I'd recommend it.
This park is designed in a naturalistic style with paved walking trails, small sports venues, and jurisdiction falling under the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Commission, Dorchester Park. However, it is not recognized as belonging to the Emeral
Iâve been taking my Husky puppy to Peters Park since he was 3.5 months old. Itâs in South End on Washington St and itâs a medium sized fenced park (not a huge space for doggos to run and get tired but they can chase & run, fetch the ball and pl

Very clean and fully stocked gym with stuff for CrossFit, weightlifters and boxers. The staff there are also very helpful and pleasant, loved interacting with them. Iâll stay at Boston Park Plaza again just so that I can use them.

Iâm glad to have read the history behind this place and then visit. It makes it more worthwhile. At the MGH main entrance ask for directions. Do note you are only allowed to visit if there are no reservations.
Creative breakfast sandwich option in North End.
With most of the breakfast options in North End being the usual American diner fare, Sunny Girl brings a breadth of fresh air to the neighborhoodâs breakfast offerings. I recently took a visit to tr
