I had the pleasure of visiting Chicken Salad Chick in Estero, Florida, for lunch on Saturday, May 13, 2023, with my wife and two daughters. Overall, our first experience was wonderful, and I would give it my highest possible recommendation. The interior was very friendly, warm, and inviting, and the staff was equally welcoming. The menu was easy to read, with several great chicken salad options. The meal options included fruit, soups, and salads, comparable to Panera but with fewer, higher quality options and fewer baked goods. I appreciated that there were menu options available for children, including a tasty mac and cheese. I opted for the classic chicken salad as a BLT sandwich with soup, and I must say that both were delicious and of much higher quality than I expected. My wife, who is gluten-free, had the single scoop chicken salad with a side of broccoli salad, which she enjoyed immensely. It was nice to visit a lunch place that is gluten-free friendly. The interior was playfully decorated and fun, which added to the overall dining experience. The dining area and serving areas were clean, organized, and orderly. We were there early before the lunch crowd began streaming in, and it definitely began to fill up as we were leaving. One of the best things about our experience was the pricing. It was very reasonable, and we paid only $38 for two adults and two children for lunch, including drinks. The best part was that there was no awkward prompting for an additional tip, which was refreshing. In summary, Chicken Salad Chick in Estero, FL, provided us with one of the best easy, low cost, budget-friendly lunches we have enjoyed in a long time. We will definitely be returning soon, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

First time eating this brand. I ordered the Fancy Nancy scoop, broc salad side and drink. $10 w tax. Husband ordered Fancy Nancy on croissant, chicken dumpling soup and drink. There’s 15 types of chicken salad to suit your taste. My scoop was served on a nice green piece of lettuce. Typical chicken salad, but very few apple, grapes and pecan pcs. Have to say I was disappointed in that. Husband said the same. He loved the soup, hearty and good amount of chunky veggies and dumplings. The broc salad side was very good too. They brew their tea, so very good too. Very clean, love the home type feel of the restaurant. Service was excellent. Gal stopped by and nicely removed our trash. Another asked how it was. Overall very good and we would return.

Fantastic! Order at the counter, get a number and they bring you your food at the table. Quick and delish. Went with a large group after our team tennis match. No problem getting a large table. Chicken salad is available multiple ways. There is a display area you can grab a container to go-so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will be going back. Convenient location off the highway, lots of parking. My chicken salad plate also came with a side, crackers, pickle, and a little sugar cookie with frosting. Brought my husband to go, and he loved his. Sais grape salad side was great. I had the broccoli salad side and it was delish. Worth the $$. All 8 of us had a different type of chicken salad from jalapeño to regular and everyone was happy. Self service sodas and ice teas.

Nice sandwich shop. Very clean and upscale. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Sandwiches were excellent. Location convenient to our routes. Will be back.

I would give this a 10 star review if I could. Do not walk - RUN to get your hands on some chicken salad from Chicken Salad Chick! The only complaint I have is that it’s not closer to my house. My brother and I went to try this place out tonight and had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We sat on their patio which was super clean and fun! Great atmosphere. They were giving samples of different chicken salads to try. I got The Chick with Fancy Nancy on a croissant, the Broccoli Salad and the Grape Salad. It came with a pickle and amazing cookie. It was amazing and I’m already wanting to go back. One of the best meals you will find in Estero. Go check them out! They will have you coming back for more - no doubt.

I had an amazing experience at Chicken Salad Chick! The food was absolutely delicious - the chicken salad options were diverse and full of flavor. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Joyce. She made us feel so welcome and her menu recommendations were spot on. Thanks to her, our visit was truly memorable. I can't wait to return for more of that delicious food and top-notch service!

This was my first encounter at this location they been open a while. Very friendly staff clean location. I ordered the basic chicken salad on a croissant that I was told was fresh. I ordered it with lettuce only. I wasn’t surprised to see that it had tomato on it… so I just pitched it out the window for the squirrels to eat leaving the slimy residue of the nasty tomato on my chicken salad LOL… i’m sure they use a pre-measured amount but they could use a little bit more chicken salad on the sandwich. It tasted fine nothing to write home about a good alternative to McDonald’s. I chose the pasta salad side it was OK I’m sure per people that like that type of thing it was good. They include a pickle which I was looking forward to but this particular pickle look like somebody already ate it and it was slid across the kitchen floor. So I had to pass on the pickle. There was a nice little cookie they include for dessert a buttercream frosted cookie and it was nice. But I wouldn’t go back not for what it was one scoop of chicken salad on a stale croissant roll and I didn’t even prepare it the way I ordered it. Not to mention the nasty side pickle. not a good first impression and based on it I won’t be back.?

Place was clean and food was certainly fresh!! For those two things alone- i cant complain! However the only thing i dont care for is that their chicken salad is so mashed up that its more like tuna salad. It looks and even tastes like tuna salad. Chicken salad should have more substance to it...it should be a bit chunkier. Other ingredients should be chunkier too but this salad is so ground up that the only ingredients you can identify is mayo and tuna like chicken. Chunky chicken and chunky ingredients (pecans, grapes, and whatever else) is what sets chicken salad apart from tuna salad. 🤷 But hey, its all still super fresh and healtny!
