Chicken Salad Chick - Sandwich shop in Lady Lake - 996 Bichara Blvd, USA

I went in there this afternoon to order what I normally order which is 3 scoops Fancy Nancy chicken salad. The previous clerks always rang up the 3 scoops no one ever said it was a menu item. The owner argued with me & basically called me a liar. Her staff was the one at fault for never suggesting the item that fit the 3 scoops. I will go to a different store from now even though I have to drive farther. You don’t argue with a customer or insinuate they are wrong or lying!!!!

First time visiting this place very nice environment and staff however my issue is for a total bill of $35 I got a salad that consisted of 4 pieces of lettuce and 3 grape tomatoes my partner had a trio and her soup was cold like it had been sitting out for a 15 minutes prior needless to say I will not be recommending this place to anybody you are better off going to chic fila down the street. I know times are rough but this place is clearly a money grab and a rip off

This was my first time here, everything was clean. The food was so yummy. No chlorine tasting water. They had slices of lemon for your water. They even have samples out front before you go in! The grape salad was delicious too!

This was my first visit. I was unsure on how to order and the different flavors of chicken salad so I had to get someone to help me. I am not sure if you are able to taste a couple before deciding but that would be helpful. I got the classic and it was very good. The restaurant was clean. They are constantly walking around the restaurant clearing tables.

My husband loves the Classic Carol. I love the pimiento cheese and the Pina colada pie. Their chicken salads are all finely minced with very little mayo. I prefer a little more mayo and chucks of chicken. It's definitely tasty though. Price is a little high but so is everything in The Villages. The customer service and rewards program are both excellent.

Great sandwich shop, nice atmosphere. Had the Kicking Kay Lynne & Barbie-Q. The Lynn could use a bit more spice, but my tolerance is higher than the average, so for most, it should be a good bite.

We have been to this place multiple times and never have been treated like this. Honestly, I have never been treated like this at any restaurant. I go to counter to order and I give her my order and I then order a kids meal for my very picky teenager. The lady abruptly stops taking my order and walks around to find a kid. She tells me that I can’t order a kids meal. I CAN order one togo. Make this make sense! They are worried about the “free” refills, but then they give me two Togo containers, silverware, etc. How is that okay? The people behind me and throughout the restaurant couldn’t believe that this was happening. We have been eating here for years, but the manger and how he argued with me over this was a disappointment.

The nicest people work here. I came in for lunch with my niece and sister-in-law. The food choices are many and everything we had was fresh and delicious. Fair prices too.
