The food was very tasty. The service was a little slower than I expected as it took almost thirty minutes at the drive-through window where there was only one other car in front of me; however, the server was polite. Also, it appeared the business was very busy inside, so the delay was likely because the staff was working their tails off.
The staff is very nice. Real food! The meat is delicious, and chickens are roasted over an open fire. Servings are reasonable for the price.
Love Chicken Fiesta. Their chicken is full of flavor and honestly, we've liked everything we've tried. Make sure not to skip out of their juices/drinks either. I love the horchata and mango.

Who cuts a chicken like this? Moreover, who serves a 1/4 chicken with a wing that looks like that? Also ordered a chicken chimichanga. What a mistake. Dry and devoid of flavor and their house sauces are best described as 'what the heck is that', $20+ in the garbage. Save your money. Pick a store, any store, and you can find an entire rotisserie chicken for less than the hacked portion of a chicken breast served up by Chicken Fiesta. First and last visit.
