Food is awesome sooooo delicious and fresh!!!! Just need more help with customer service they are always busyyyyyyy which is good for business! But sumtimes the wait is to long

My only complaint is that I never know what to get because everything is AMAAAAAZING! The waffles, the chicken, the catfish, the shrimp... I love that they're open late and that no matter what time you go you're guaranteed to get fresh food!

Food was great, but it took over an hour to get it. I placed the order over the phone and was told 25 minutes. I arrive at the time to pick it up, and wait another 40 minutes. I only ordered 12 wings and 2 waffles. There were 4 workers originally when I got there, and 2 left before I got my food. Not sure if their shift was over, but there was a decent number of people waiting for their food. Inside the place was a little warm for comfort, and was very loud, so the worker calling people's name had to yell multiple times for them to hear. Maybe I had a bad one-off experience, but most likely won't be returning.

First Tymer! Officially my new wing spot! I called in an order it was ready in 15 minutes I requested my wings be fried EXTRA hard with lemon pepper w mild sauce on the side and they delivered! Great flavor seasoning crunch and service !!!

Food was not good at all. Fries dry tasted like they were reheated and most of them were hard. Catfish didn’t taste like catfish at all. The chicken had a burnt taste to it. Everything was greasy. Asked for lemon pepper and the only thing tht had it on there was the “catfish” asked for hot sauce also didn’t get tht either . I just won’t be back.

Randomly decided to grab some chicken for lunch and sooo glad I did. I’m a huge fan of Heines McCarthys in Orland Park and this chicken definitely rivals theirs. It’s super crispy and flavorful breading and super juicy and tender inside. Perfect fried chicken. I’ll be back for fish too. Very good price point too.

I really like this place. The food was delicious and went great with Netflix. I will return and order again. I loved the fish. It was fried perfectly. Not hard or soft or to spicy.

I have always get my gizzard and chicken wings from here. I am so disappointed! The gizzard were terrible and the wings trash! I go here because I believed that it was better than Harold's. Disappointed truly!
