Chick-fil-A Pewaukee - Restaurant in Pewaukee - 1454 Capitol Dr, USA

Sandwich made me sick. The chicken was shaped very odd, it had a weird tendon thing throughout the meat and tasted awful. I spit it out as my stomach turned at the appearance and taste of it. The store was filthy and atmosphere was gross- chairs and tabletops covered in grease.

Absolutely love this place! I go there every Tuesday to get their free Tuesday breakfast item, and I have never once encountered a problem. All the employees are super nice, the food is cheap and tasty, and it always keeps me coming back for more! If you're looking for a great place to eat on any day of the week (other than Sunday, of course) go to Chick-fil-A!

I placed a lunch catering order with 24 hours’ notice for 25 people. Online ordering was easy, and I was able to review my order with the manager on duty the evening before. The morning of my event, I found out I was going to have more people than expected. I was able to call the Pewaukee location the day of the event and they happily adjusted my order for me after making sure their kitchen could handle the increase first. The food arrived on time and the delivery driver was very friendly and set up our food for us. She even offered to run back to the restaurant and grab plates/utensils if we thought we might run short. Thank you, Pewaukee Chick-fil-a, for a great lunch and for being easy to work with.

We arrived at the drive through 10:29 Am, right before the guy began flipping the menus. Asked the lady if breakfast was still available, her reply was "Sorry Breakfast just ended". We were in line ordering for about 3-4 minutes because she supposedly could not hear us. Customer in the lane next to us pulled in just before we pulled off and asked for breakfast at 10:33. The lady replied "Let me go check for you, I can ask really quick

I'm not sure what's happening with Chick-fil-A, but it's just gone downhill. Food was rubbery and I couldn't finish my sandwich. Service was nowhere near what it used to be, I don't require the sickly sweet My Pleasure stuff, but I don't really think straight attitude is acceptable either. Overpriced for bad service and worse food, I hope they figure it out, they used to be pretty good.

Seemed to be very difficult to order through drive through. Answered questions only to be asked the question again. Then I sat at the window for a very long time, only to be pulled around the building to sit in a parking space for even longer all for a burrito. Service was not good.

Not the best experience. We went through the drive though sat there n no one took our order. So we went to window. They said sorry they had the headset off. Then we needed to go back through the line. By then the line was backed up. So decided to go in. Never got a receipt and chicken was over cooked. My frozen lemonade was delicious.

It is really frustrating to place an order inside with 1 cashier (especially when you see staff everywhere else). It's happened twice now. I have witnessed staff everywhere except at the food counter. I believe a manager came out, looked at the line, and asked where someone was but did not return to help at the register. Argh. I mean, if you are short staffed, then close the inside. The food is great, but plan on waiting if you dine in.
