The Chicago Swim School has made an enormous impact on our twin girl's lives by providing the following: Life-saving skills through swim safety classes enhancing their self-confidence as they've acquired the recommended skills to progress to the next class level. Our overall interaction with the staff at Chicago Swim has remained consistently positive and supportive. Throughout changing schedules, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances, Kirsten, Tim, Cynthia, Penny, Brandon, and many outstanding deck leaders have been open to our questions and feedback about our twins' swim journey. The lessons for toddlers is very short (30 minutes) for the price. The teachers are quiet, you can barely hear them. I was confused the entire lesson on what i was to be doing. The changing room is pretty cold compared to the warm pool. You are only allowed one make up day a month, and they don't often answer their phone. And if your schedule changes, they are not accommodating. You have to sign up for an ongoing membership billed monthly, and if you want to cancel you have to fill out a form online by the 15/16th for the next month, explaining 10 times why you're canceling. This place would probably work better for a family with older kids.

My daughter has been swimming here for about 2 years and I love everything about the school. The staff is so nice and professional, especially Ms Cynthia at the front desk. She addresses any concerns, changes to schedule, finding make up classes, you name it.

My daughter has only been there twice. She has never been to a pool before and unfortunately, where we live, we don't have a pool that is toddler friendly. She still has some slight fear of the water and doesn't know how to hold her breath yet. Her instructors are very friendly, patient and kind. Excellent people. The changing area and restrooms are all clean. The staff there (other than the instructors) are also friendly and nice. I recommend this school without any hesitations.

This swim school is great. The girls at the front desk are helpful with any questions and very nice.. The facility is very clean also. Most of all, I love my son's (age 4) instructor, Lani! I cannot say enough good things about her. She is so kind, patient and understanding with the little ones. My son is so receptive to her personality and teaching methods. Thank you for giving him such a great experience! I plan to continue with Chicago Swim School for years to come.

Recently I signed up my youngest for swim classes. It had been a while since we had been to Chicago swim as my 2nd born was in the program when Covid happened and our world shut down. To my surprise when I downloaded the app(which is very good btw) I had a credit on my account. Back when Covid was shutting down businesses I remembered getting an email from Chicago swim saying that with the uncertainty of what was happening they were asking families if they would be willing to continue to pay the monthly fee so that they could still pay their employees during a really difficult time in a lot of our lives. In return they would give that money back in form of a credit to people’s account to use at a later date. To be honest I forgot about doing so until I opened the app the other day and was shocked that the credit was still on my account. This has been over 2 years ago. I think it’s super honorable and shows that this business puts their employees first as they were only worried about helping their team survive during this time. As for swim experience, my two older kids learned to swim on their own there and they are pretty good at it too! Thanks Chicago Swim for being awesome to your employees, community, and customers!!

Amazing staff and instructors. My son was struggling to get in the water and they were so patient and helpful in every aspect. My daughter has been at this school for so long as well and she has learned so much. We are very pleased with Chicago Swim school!

We've been very happy with Chicago swim school. The instructors are great at working with each swimmer on the specific skills they are learning. We took a long break due to Covid and happily returned a few months ago. I am very pleased by the progress of my three children in a short amount of time.
