Chicago Style Gyros # 3 - Gyro restaurant in Nashville - 2804 Gallatin Pike #3713, USA

Fresh, delicious, and so filling! Ordered spicy chicken plates, half gyro half chicken plate, and fried mushrooms & jalapeno poppers. The tabbouleh was incredible, and all of the ingredients were crisp. Portions are so large; you can definitely share a plate. Staff acted like family, and the kitchen was spotless.

Moved here 2 weeks ago and wanted to eat something that did not involve a chain and I have to admit that CSG#3 does not disappoint! I ordered the Gyro Chicken combo plate and it was a good portion for my standards and it tasted great. The staff was friendly and the cashier even spotted me a penny when I was short. I will return!!!!!!!

Delicious! Don't plan on this being quick. It's better to have freshly cooked food than food that's been sitting on a warmer all day. The meat is well seasoned and the rice is always bright yellow. I haven't tried the tabouleh but my boyfriend loves it. Portions are generous. If you don't like heavy sauce ask for it on the side. Traffic on Gallatin will test your patience getting in and out of the parking lot. Plenty of free spots in the lot once you're in. Again, be prepared to hear "it's still cooking" and know you're looking at 5-10 minutes extra ...but it's worth it 🤩 As an aside, if you're an angry UberEats driver throwing a fit, please don't assume every person who speaks Arabic is an employee.

I went through the drive through and it was really fast. I was wondering how they were able to accomplish such speeds. When I got home I started eating, and the chicken had to have been sitting for at least 2 hours before they put it in my to go box. The chicken is inedible. They must have cooked this chicken to 215 degrees fahrenheit and then let it sit in a heater box for a couple hours as it is hard and stiff with no moisture. I got a very friendly "have a good day" as I pulled away, and my only assumption is that they get rid of this food they shouldn't be serving through the drive through as it's a whole lot harder to complain when you've already left. For $20, I feel taken advantage of.

Honestly I've gone here over a dozen times cause my work is close. But Fridays service solidified a review. As I pulled in they lost power and the guy came out to let me know the speaker wouldn't work and they can only accept cash. I was blocked in and knew I didn't have much cash on hand. I found $9 and ordered a little less than I usually get and it came out to $13 before I could even hand him the $9 he said don't worry about it just come back another time if you don't have cash. I gave him the $9 and told him I will be back next Friday to pay the extra. I've volunteered overseas and this is the type of service I miss from Kurdistan. The food is 9 outta 10 times good. But the service has always been a win especially when they had to go through the renovations after the fire and stayed open through the pandemic in a trailer food truck.

Food is great but last two times I went there only gave me 4 pieces of chicken. I eat there 3 to 4 times a week always been 6 to 7 pieces of grilled chicken. 10 dollars for 4 pieces of small chicken isn't worth it, very disappointing.

This place is so shady. They rub off the prices on the menu board and make up prices so every day it’s a new price. The guys working there are all so shady. The best is when you order two gyros and a baklava and they say 26$ and you ask them how much each cost.l? Then they start with “you didn’t want fries right” and “no drink” And “only one baklava?” “How does 16$ sound?” Tf Anyway it happens all the time. I don’t recommend these scam artists.

So being from Chicago we had to check this out. It’s a great little place and the workers are super friendly and seem to love their jobs. The food was and I hate to say it better than a lot of places in Chicago. I would recommend you to give it a try.
