Chianti's - Italian restaurant in Brentwood - 3111 Balfour Rd a, USA

We wanted a local spot for Italian Food and found Chianti's here in Brentwood/Oakley. Can't believe we've never been to this restaurant. There's plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. When we came it was early dinner so there was no wait in line. Perfect timing right? We loved everything we ordered from the wine to pasta to salmon down to dessert. Love love the bread they served I think it was balsamic vinegar with garlic and olive oil? (I could be wrong). That was very good very filling so dangerous. I recommend ordering calamari for starters always - it’s my fave! The ambiance is beautiful, has Italian vibe, romantic. They also have patio seating, maybe can have large parties. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. I’d come her again. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it.

I ordered chicken marsala and it was🔥🔥🔥 even the starter bread before the food comes out was warm and delicious along with the garlic and vinegar oil that it comes with. Our waitress Kelly was amazing and she made an awesome Long Island. I would definitely come back

We had wanted to try this place for a while, and finally made it a birthday destination. I had the Lamb Shank, and it was really good... The calamari app was very nice as well. My only reason for a 4 star (and not 5) was due to the fact that there were no veggies included with the dinner. Maybe it was for cost cutting, but a few pieces of broccoli would not add too much cost to the meal. The "to go" packages kept the food fresh and hot. The calamari was the best take out calamari I can remember getting.

We’ve been here a lot. It has a gluten free option on pasta and they will make the chicken Marsala gluten free. We’ve had reservations and we’ve just done walk in. We’ve learn on the patio and inside. We’ve eaten at their old place and now their new location. Food is good. We’ve had a lot of the menu. Our favorites are chicken Marsala and the cheese & pear ravioli. Sauce is divine! Service can be very slow. So don’t be in a hurry. Prices are mid range. I docked a star because we used to go a lot because they had a fabulous white chocolate and sorbet dessert which was amazing. In fact we would get a couple to take home. But now they don’t have it. I mean they do have it but it’s chocolate and not the same. A real downer for me. This will slow down our visiting. But I do recommend eating here. They are consistent in their cooking and the atmosphere is welcoming.

We happened by here about a half hour to close, which I hate cutting it so close. But the entire staff was more than welcoming and friendly. I ordered the cheese and pear ravioli with creamy gorganzala sauce. And it was absolutely perfect, just as our waitress Jasmine recommended. We paired that and the lasagna with a few great glasses of wine and finished with a wonderful tiramisu. We will definitely make this a regular stop while in town.

If you want a romantic white linen dinner for two on New Year’s Eve, expect to be put by the bathroom door and watching the dog show in the bar area. Not Good After making reservations a month in advance the white linen tables were for three people and over. Are you kidding me Totally disappointing

We decided to try Chianti's tonight, because Cinco de Mayo would not be crowded for an Italian place 😉 Kelly was a wonderful server and the rest of the staff was very friendly. Being a basically-empty restaurant, we got fantastic service! The food was delicious and the value seemed to be pretty good to us...large portions! Took half of it to go so maybe could just split next time... Kelly recommended the Chicken Gorgonzola, which was amazing (that sauce...mmmmmm 😋 sooo much flavor!)! She also said her hubs loves the Calamari Steak, which was also very flavorful with the capers. The hot bread was also amazing! My husband also noticed and appreciated the high-quality silverware (ha, see picture!) 🍴 We would LOVE to come back and bring others with us some time.

This was our first time at this spot, they prefer that you make a reservation and you can book a table on their website with open table. We were greeted, sat at a booth, offered drinks and given menus. The waiter was very nice and tentative, food was great such wonderful flavors, service was on point and the establishment was clean. We will be back again ☺️
