Cheyenne Mountain Shooting Complex - Shooting range in Fort Carson - 7790 Route 1, USA

Facility is clean and orderly and the Range Safety staff are courteous and informative and firm when directing the firing line. I appreciate their assistance and knowledge, from the reception area to the range staff. I had to re-zero a rifle for use here in Colorado on December 9th, 2022. After achieving my 200 yard zero, I harvested the biggest buck (5x6) of my life the following day. I don't believe I would have made the shot without the help of Cheyenne Mountain Shooting Complex Staff.

This is an absolutely wonderful and scenic place to shoot. I have been here multiple times, and I have enjoyed every visit. The ranges are well kept; the range masters are extremely knowledgable, safe, and just fun to be around. I'll give a personal shout out to Kevin who truly watched over my daughter as she got to shoot there for the very first time on Sunday with her grandfather. We loved the range distances they offered, and their prices were quite reasonable (especially when everyone else in the world is raising prices on just about everything). The selection of paper targets was also impressive. From the nice gentlemen who greeted us when we arrived to the entire crew at the range, this complex cannot be beat for a great time. We'll certainly be back. My only regret is not being able to call out by name all of the great people we encountered. Have a fun and safe shooting adventure.

Range officers are strict but professional. They have target stands and ammo available in the shop and the employees inside the shop are nice.

A really good place to go shooting. Staff is friendly and informative. Rage safeties are friendly and are cordial when you make a mistake with the rules. The range office has a good choice of targets, ammo, hearing and ear protection. Definitely enjoyed being there and will be back again.

Great facility!!! The range officers are fantastic and very safety conscious. The staff and volunteers on the range speak very loudly because shooters have ear protection on and can’t hear them unless they yell. I appreciate the staff because they are friendly and keep the range safe.

I went for my first time today and was greeted with a sign on the door that reads “Until further notice, No rifle shooting” However the facilities looked good, the employees were super nice and pleasant. I didnt see anything about it on their website but they did say its posted on their Facebook

Been coming here for years. Staff works diligently to keep everyone safe. Appreciate Kevin’s friendly demeanor when dealing with first time visitors - but also is firm when necessary. Overall great shooting facility.

Excellent facility and staff! Safety First! I guess some folks have trouble with the staff being loud, but c’mon! Everyone is wearing ear protection and there’s shooting going on. Oh the kinder, gentler generation. Can’t double tap or rapid fire? Y’all can drive up to Rampart Range or Dragon Man where there are no rules, no safety and have yourself a great time. You may or may not make it back, flip a coin.
