Chevron/Taco Casa - Fast food restaurant in Lancaster - 3200 Parkerville Rd, USA

This is the best franchise location in Dallas! Although next to the Interstate, it's proximity to the cloverleaf interchange keeps traffic running smoothly. I only order the crispy tacos and they are always fresh and proper amounts of ingredients. Sweet tea is made perfectly for when you are thirsty but don't want to load up on sugar like you'd get at Popeyes. The employees are also some of the best and friendliest. Not gonna lie, I occasionally tip because of how they treat their customers even though tips aren't required nor asked for. Always here for Taco Tuesday.

The place is clean. The food is over priced. The male cashier speaks way to soft to the point you can't hear him over the plexi glass. The nachos are all chips, slight cheese and beef. You can eat all the toppings and be left with a plate full of chips. I would not recommend this place. Over priced food.

The service was very slow which is a shock because most TC are very fast. The staff likes play around with one another while people watch from the drive through line. One particular staff member was super rude, arrogant, and looked so high he could have been Cheech Maron. I asked him to count my change back because he seemed so out of it and he comes back with "what, you can't count?", turned to the worker with headset on as they both laughed. I didn't feel safe even in the parking lot with all the people hanging and the attitude of the staff. I love the hell out TC but I will never return to this location except maybe to show my husband the idiot behind the glass

After searching for spots for lunch and dinner I finally have moved closer to one of these locations. Just the food fix I needed. No frills and no complaints.

Worse taco casa I've visited they didn't give me two items that I'd payed for I spent 38.00 on dinner and tried calling the number on the receipt and it wasn't a working number so i had to drive there and retrieve the food and was told at the window "oh we don't have a phone" then I preceded to explain my issues young guy comes to window take my receipt close the window while I was talking and ask the kitchen staff if they made all my order comes back with my receipt balled up and say "They said they made this order" I tell him maybe they did but it was not in my bag, do you really think I would drive all the back for 2 items everybody at home ate but me I'd worked a 12 hour shift and was simply hungry I had to wait 14mins in the drive thru for my correct order, he didn't want to refund me but instead gave me my order really sloppy made, I'd lost my appetite scared to eat it , in the trash it went and I've learned my lesson. Worse experience ever Really. Never going back

The customer service can be improved. The food maintains the chain's standards, which is good. This location has prices that are higher than some of the other locations. Doesn't make much sense other than taxes and or franchise 🙄 😒 decisions... I'd rather go spend my money at another location with better customer service and affordable prices.

The food was pretty good. It was actually hot. 3 stars for service because I didn't have any napkins or sauce in my order. Though located within a gas station, the area is clean and well kept.

Tacos taste like sprayed a cleaner on them. I took one bite and could not eat the three tacos.
