Positive: What I liked best about this hotel is the big chair in the room, the pool, breakfast which is all you can eat and meeting new people. Negative: The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better there was dirt on the sink and in the shower. The shower curtain had old stains on it as well.

Don't go here!!! The hotel has bed bugs and the staff don't seem to care enough to do anything about it!! I found a live bed bug crawling in the room (which means there are likely many many more where that came from). When we told the staff in the lobby, they denied it's a bed bug (even after seeing the photo) and claimed it's "impossible" for the hotel to have bed bugs, due to some special mattress covers they use (they don't even HAVE mattress covers). They said "oh it must have been another bug" as if their "special mattress covers" (which don't exist) work on ONLY bed bugs and allow other bugs in. After enough pressure, they reluctantly asked someone to come check our room. The guy checking our room slightly lifted one corner of the mattress for 1 second and claimed there are no bed bugs - it was a very pathetic and disingenuous search. They reluctantly agreed to change our room, but moved us to the room directly beside the infested room.... They did nothing at all to compensate us or even just apologize. I bet they just gave the infested room to the next guest right away. They probably knew about the bed bugs, since they did not seem surprised. I had to throw out so many of my belongings, and heat treat all my things, and spent the last week being stressed waiting to see if I missed anything and brought any critters home with me.... next time I'm spending more money on a hotel that actually cares about its guests :(

Positive: My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I got a good night sleep. The lobby was clean as well. Negative: The elevator was not so cleaned , and some of the walls in the hall can be painted.

BUYER BEWARE. This hotel is a scam. I booked with a third party to get the best rate because that’s what families traveling on a budget do- I found out within an hour that I was mapped to a hotel of a different name, and upon reading those reviews could see how dirty the hotel is. Arrived and looked inside and confirmed. The tipping point was the countless reviews with photo evidence of bed bugs. So in total I “reserved” a room at this hotel for about an hour and when requesting they refund the money, was told there choose not to refund because it’s their policy. This, to me, is STEALING. There’s no shortage of rooms. This hotel is not full. Nobody missed out on a room during that hour that I had reserved it. They kept the money because of a policy that they have in place so that they can keep money they didn’t earn. Don’t stay here if you value integrity. More reviews to come, on all platforms. and a complaint with the commerce Dept.

Positive: Maybe the bed? Negative: Pool was dirty, the parking lot dirty, Elevator didn't work, the staff was rude especially a heavy-set guy who opens the pool and helps with the breakfast. The breakfast on Sunday was horrible and no urgency to put more food out All i had was 3 sausages.

Positive: There was nothing to like Negative: Toilet seat broken, tub drained poorly, shower curtain dirty. Room not cleaned well, especially the floor. Towels were very thin and should have been replaced years ago.

Positive: "" Negative: We booked on line and it was not told with the email that we had to pay a $25 fee for holding the room. I had newborn twins and was not allowed in the room until the $25 was given. Even though it was already paid for 2 night. Very inconvenient!!!

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon after a wedding. My room was not ready. Couldn't check in until 10:45 pm after the reception. I was tired. All I wanted was a hot shower to unwind. There was NO HOT WATER. Too tired to do anything in the moment I once again tried the shower in the morning and again. NO HOT WATER. I spoke with 2 different people in the morning. One person actually asked if I pulled the handle out! I think I can manage turning on the shower . I breakfasted in the Eagle room with the happy couple and spoke with someone afterward. Am I wrong to expect SOME sort of compensation?
