Chen was so helpful & responsive. I'm visiting from out of town & on the airplane ride over, Soda was dropped on my laptop and it wouldn't turn on anymore. I didn't know what to do or where to go, after research I decided to go with Chen & I'm glad I did. I called him to explain my situation and he told me me bring it in. In about an hour he called me and told me what was wrong & what needed/could be done. He sent a follow up email with attachments of everything he saw and what he advised, as well as calling me to verbally communicate this. He is extremely smart, & honorable. He had the parts available and would take $45 off the total cost of parts and labor. There is parking in front of his store if you're lucky. Otherwise, you would have to just part at Taco Bell or Jack in The Box which is right next/across from his store.
