Really enjoyed ourselves here during lunch. The staff was good and friendly. We didn't have to wait long on our food. Nice environment.

The wait was terrible.. the server could’ve been better.. but the food was delicious and the ranch was yummy ! It took us forever to get our food.. we got our appetizer but didn’t get plates or napkins.. I would’ve mind eating there again tho ! I just hope the experience is better next time !

I had the carne asada fries. Nice concept, but the steak was really tough. My jaw got a workout. The fries seemed a little tired. Also I am not a fan of Classic Rock and I don't think it creates the proper atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. For their high prices, I would have thought that the food quality would be better.

Service was great food was great. If you want something simple but awesome get the Philly with a side of queso and Pico. The Carne asada fries are fantastic.

Terrible experience, wont be coming back. The waitresses were rude, unhelpful, and slow, and it was difficult getting service. I came here for veterans day with some friends. We were walked to our table, sat down, and the waitress said her name was Lilian I believe, it was super hard to hear her and she seemed unhappy, she asked what she could get us to drink, and we told her we heard about a veterans deal, she said ok and asked what drink we wanted, we asked what the veterans deal was and she said she'll ask the manager after she brings us our drinks. It turns out there was no veterans day deal, then she just walked away before we could ask to pay for the drinks. We waited a few minutes and she never came back, we asked another waitress if she could please get us the bill and she abruptly replied "You'll have to get with your waitress" we said she hasnt come back and she replied with the same thing. We went to the bar tender, paid for our drinks, and walked out hungry and aggitated. 40 minutes of our time was wasted. We wasted our time and money here. My buddy went there the previously and said he spend $20 for a burger, fries, and a coke.

Food is greasy and will make you sick. The service is horrible and the waitress are rude especially the manager. Can't watch a football game because the loud music playing in the back ground. We had a horrible experience. They charge you for every little thing. We won't be going back.

Food wouldn't be so bad if you actually got what you ordered.. however...the service is horrible. The waitresses stand around with their backs to the dinning room, or in groups chatting it up while customes are to seat themselves and just wait and stare....when we finally got noticed and food came out all 3 of our orders were completely wrong ordered chicken fried steak got chicken fry, ordered sweet potato fries and got regular fries, and ordered a burger and spacelifcally asked no toast guess what it was..toast 😑😑everytime we tried to communicate with our waitress after she would ask if everything was OK she would start to walk off while we were talking...very unprofessional. Nit what they use to be when they were in the mall...We won't be back 😔

My husband and I came to Chelsea’s for the first time today. It was clean and comfortable. We ordered the club and the patty melt and the jumbo cheese sticks we loved the waitress (Adora) and the food was HOT and fresh juiciest burger in a while thank you for a great dining experience I will recommend your place to anyone
