Thank you for the level of excellence, honesty, warmth, and happiness from the moment of booking to the reception, the stay, and then the farewell. Special thanks to Mr. John, the supervisor of the apartments, whom we often saw busy with his work, yet he always exchanged smiles with us and asked if we needed anything. Thank you for making my vacation days with my wife and kids some of the best days of this year. We wished to extend our stay, but unfortunately, there were no available bookings. We will return next time, and soon this summer. All the love and respect, vacasa.

Great location, but very poorly maintained and dirty. Broken blinds which lead to sleepless nights of parking lot light beaming into room, broken transition strip to bathroom (safety concern with exposed metal), broken bathroom tile that buckled and pinched foot, disgusting deck cushions. We reached out immediately, and were promised immediate resolution with local team, but just like others' reviews, no one showed up and we were there three sleeps. Pool area had garbage laying around for a couple days, which leads me to believe the chemicals may have not been taken care of? All that to say, great location.

The place well decorated but it is dirty! The couches smelled like they haven’t been clean, there was trash behind the couches. The toilet seat had a crack in it and pinched my inner thigh and I bled, half the outlets don’t work. I asked housekeeping to get someone for the toilet bowl and cleaning and they told me to call vacasa which I did three times and no response and there is no one at the front desk to assist you! I asked housekeeping for extra towels and they told me to wash the towels we have but there still wouldn’t be enough for the people we had. Also there were only 2 laundry pods and I am here for a whole week and a half. This would be a great stay if these issues were addressed but there is no one to address them.

Very nice clean room, view from the hotel is beautiful. Easy walk to the lake and gym are petty maintenance . Very quiet during the night time, highly recommend!!

Would not recommend staying here at all. No one on site for all the issues we had. Our unit #107 was in terrible shape with doors and windows off the hinges, dirty sofa, dirty sofa pillows, outlets pushed into wall, lock on front door not working, microwave dirty, barbecue was not covered and it was filthy, patio was filthy, tried calling for assistance but took forever to get responses. Talked to another unit renter and they were having the same issue.

Quiet, spacious,clean, with lots of kitchen appliances, including a blender. Tempur pedic need in the 2nd bedroom is fantastic. If I could suggest anything it would be blinds for the high window in the 2nd bedroom. Location is fantastic with an easy walk to lake swimming. Great for a family.

Rented this condo trough airbnb. A bit dated, needs better housekeeping. Coffee pot dirty and leaked. Refrigerator wasn't clean, the floor was dusty, had dust and hair by the nightstands. The lighting in the bathrooms were terrible. The guest bathroom smelled that smell when you leave clothes in the washing machine too long and barely dry it. For the price, we expected more. The blinds are so outdated, it was hard to pull up by the string. The balcony didn't even have outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. The view from the balcony of lake Chelan from a distance was the only plus.

My family rented this condo for 2 weeks, and had an amazing experience! It was spacious and clean, with lots of closet space and all of the kitchen utensils we needed. The pull-out bed needed a new mattress, and the price was pretty steep, but it was great nonetheless. If you have more than one car to park (they only give you one space), there is a park-and-ride on the end of the block that you can park in free of charge day and night. I will definitely go back for a weekend getaway! We didn't want to leave!
