If you’re dining in, drive down and park in the back. The dining room entrance is on the side while the take-out station is in the front. When I walked into the dining room, I was greeted by a polished and polite waitress by the name of Cee-Cee. She made recommendations and explained the Korean menu options. I primarily came because of the cheesesteak reviews but Cee-Cee sold me on trying the fried chicken special. Though the Philly cheesesteak did not give South Street vibes, it was pretty delicious 😋 The Korean fried chicken wings were hot, medium spicy and full of flavor!! I highly recommend to others and for sure will return.

Cheesesteak flavor is phenomenal. Bread has good texture/chew. A little light on the steak. TBH: I was kind of in the mood for Korean food walking into a Korean establishment. However, I do like a good cheesesteak and the place is named Cheesesteak Mike's. It isn't the best Cheesesteak you will find nor is it accurate to Philly (which I do not personally prefer Wiz) but it is the best I know of in the area. I had noticed everyone calling it a Hole in the Wall. I suppose it is because of location. But, this place does not deviate much from any other Carryout oriented establishment in the Urban-y Suburb regions. Not super clean. Not Filthy. Customer service was friendly and was accurate to order. I will return when I am in the area again to try their Korean options.

Everyone here was friendly and helpful! My husband and I went right as they opened so there weren't any other patrons. Food was a knockout. I ordered the Bulgolgi sub and my husband got the Philly cheesesteak sub. The flavor was a 10/10 for my sub and my husband agreed. We also got a side of fries, onion rings, and mozzarella to share. They offer american fare but also have an awesome looking korean menu. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Will have to come back to try the rest of their menu!

There aren’t too many local spots here so this place is a hidden gem. Play lotto, get some beers and some amazing fried chicken. The front is the take our spot, just go around the back to find Mike’s Pub!

Great surprise. Korean food at a dive bar. The Korean fried chicken was great. $5 shots all day. Great find.

I've been going to this place for as long as I can remember (+18 years), even with the change in owners. There was a time where this place went to trash back then but gladly they did a remodel/new workers. Their Korean dishes are pretty authentic and good! But I usually order the cheesesteak. As long as you don't compare their cheesesteak to a philly cheesesteak, it's good. Dined in only once but the service was fast and the bartender was friendly.

Wow! What a find! We were in town for an appointment, and hadn’t eaten since early morning. By late afternoon, we were looking for a spot to eat, and found this place online. “Cheesesteak Mikes,” and “Korean” piqued my interest, and my fiancé and I took a chance and we have no regrets. I had the cheesesteak with Whiz and fries and both were excellent. The host/owner spent time with us talking about kimchi, which I make, and I got some great tips. She gave me a ginger/ sugar sample she uses in her recipe to try in my next batch. Nice. We certainly will be back and try the recommendations of Korean cuisine noted in other reviews.

Found her on Google, we created a tradition of eating at a West African restaurant on New Year’s Day, so we drove from Arlington, Virginia to her place. We called ahead to let her know what we wanted everything is made fresh, she brought the food
