James was so nice and accommodating! I had a taste for turtle cheesecake that he was out of but he made up a slice fresh for me! Cheesecake was delicious!!

The first time I ordered I chose a whole cake with 6 different flavors. I set my pick up time with James for 10:30am on a Sunday. When I arrived they were closed. I called and tried opening the door and finally James came to the door. He said we don’t open until noon and then had to look for my order. He found it and said he didn’t have 3 out of the 6 flavors made. Then I had to wait an extra half hour while he prepared the cake. He said I could call and order my original cake for a future event to make up for the mistakes. I called a couple weeks later and did so. I confirmed with him multiple times what the flavors were and that I could pick it up on a Monday between 10-11 and he wasn’t there. I even asked him if he was sure because it says they’re closed on Monday’s. He said he would be there. Not to my surprise when I got there at 10:45. They were closed and I called and tried the door etc. and nothing. UPDATE: They called and ended up delivering the cheesecake. They do seem to always make up for their mistakes.

James never disappoints! Great flavors, great customer service! Came in a few times and finally leaving a review. 10/10 would recommend!!! Cheesecake is simple...but for it to be excellent it's all in the crust in my opinion. The crust on these cakes are awesome!!!

James is one of the most open and humble person you will meet. And you taste it in the cheesecake. You wanna feel like family when you walk in a place...he makes it happen. I was hanging out here on mother's day morning getting my first order, which wasn't an easy one on such a busy day, and every single person I saw come in here just laughed and had a good time while James was knocking out orders.

Best cheesecake around! James is amazingly kind and makes delicious cheesecake! Great flavors and a variety of ways to order: from whole cakes, slices or trays of cheesecake bites. So good!

It was so good I forgot to stop and take a picture first! Literally the BEST cheesecake I've EVER had!!! I'll definitely be back!! On top of the customer service was great. Very friendly and welcoming!!

This place is beyond disgusting. I found hair in my cheesecake which I shouldn’t be surprised because the establishment is NOT well kept. Never again! Don’t waste your money. Rather go to the Cheesecake Factory.
