Checkers - Fast food restaurant in Port Richey - 8602 U.S. Hwy 19, USA

Ordered $30 Worth of food off door dash ignoring the fact that everything was cold due to wait times for dasher as the restaurant has no control. Burgers were made without customizations I have allergies so basically $30 for food in the trash no meat I get to eat cold soggy fries after waiting over an hour for food after it was ready. The least thisbplace could do is follow tickets I know some workers are capable because I've gotten the meal correct before but this is the 3rd time customizations have been ignored and it's not right when they show up for the restaurant. Very disappointing 54 location is much better!

Ordered spicy chicken with cheese, chilli dog add cheese no onion, funnel cake fries and a vanilla ice cream cone. Paid in the drive thru. The man working the window handed us a sloppy vanilla ice cream cone first. Then pushed the food out. Drove off eating our desserts first. I opened the chicken sandwich no cheese. Turned around and we went back. Stopped at the 🎤 told them no cheese on sandwich were told they would make the WHOLE ORDER over. Got to the window and only the sandwich was remade. Drove off. Grabbed the sandwich it was cold. Opened it and it was a hamburger. Wenouiyo. .... . .. .....t thru the drive thru again. Dylan the manager who served us the sloppy ice cream cone and the wrong sandwich for the second time 6686yyyyuyu9u>íu so rude. Instead of coming up with a solution he shoved the third sandwich at us and slammed the drive thru window on us. And guess what the third sandwich the spicy chicken with cheese had no cheese on it. Very irritated now considering my chilli cheese dog was now cold from wasting all my time driving back and forth through the drive thru we asked for our money back. Dylan the manager didn't even come up to the window he had an employee deal with us. We got our money back. If you ask me from working in food service that this is no solution. Checkers definitely did not try to make us happy. Dylan should not be in this industry of work.

The new garlic and parm loaded fries were a delicious surprise. The orange cream drink was tangy and sweet. AND: The spicy chicken sandwich is the best around for the money. Sometimes you just have to have fast food.

First time at any fast food where Siri takes my order. Food was hot, good and satisfied a family on vacation. Is there anything not to love about New Port Richey? We vacation here every year!

Really great spot and quality food at night. I always order the BBQ Bacon Mother Cruncher (fave fast food sandwich) and it always tastes superb.

Checkers is always good. Get that 5 dollar box. You can't go wrong. I stop on many times and I will be back

The baconator on a pretzel bun is absolutely desired for throwing some funnel cake fries and you got a party LO. L.

1st place to try ai to take orders that I know of and I must say I'm not a fan. Although the ai seems to get my order pretty accurately it doesn't repeat back what I ordered so I would know if it heard everything I said or got everything how I wanted it. By the time you'd know that it didn't you'd be driving away or have to go in or back through wasting your time. Food's decent for the prices.
