Checkers - Fast food restaurant in Daytona Beach - 1174 Beville Rd, USA

Well..the Sunny Florida and eating a Bigford double cheeseburger that actually looks like a photo on the menu and tasted delicious plus the seasoned fries.. nom nom ! Can’t get any better! Lady at the pickup window was nice and quickly got my order.

42 minutes on line. 5 cars ahead of me. Fries cold and not the checkers I love. It appears there were 3 people working the whole store. What has happened to my most beloved fast food?? I have patronized this unit since it was built. My favorite ever menu item was the Cajun burger. It was removed from the menu. To my sadness. I started the chili dogs after that and always got my checkers fries. Please check out this location...it's in ruins

I used to really love checkers, but it severely went down hill. Everytime I go they always say they are understaffed. Limited items, cold food, and rude/unhappy staff members. Today was the icing on the cake though. We were waiting in the drive thru behind another car ordering for about 6 mins. When we finally got to the order box they told us that the truck just arrived and they only had 2 employees so they would not be taking our order and closing down for a while. We were then boxed in behind the car infront of us and had to wait another 6 mins for them to get their food just to leave. That is completely unacceptable. I understand them having to close but they could put cones up to close down and at least finish taking care of the people who were already waiting in line. I will not be returning to Checkers!

I had the best vanilla ice cream cone of my life there actually and it was so good I actually ate half the napkin on the cone by accident!

I wish I knew his name, super nice guy he kept us up to speed he was basically running the store by himself. He gave us a drink and fries for our long wait. Nicest guy I sewn in any restaurant in a long time for time we had to wait.

Team member Dominique loves her job. She was nice and professional. Didn't give attitude when added to my order at the window.

I decided to get husband a treat after taking our dog to the vet.Since we don't go out to eat and or get fast food often I thought we'll we buy the checkers fries in the grocery.Chuck was on window duty and he explained the meal deal to me well and kindly since I was rather lost to the menu.He was more than kind I stole a fry out the bag it was nice and hot oh my far superior to the frozen ones from the store.. Hubby devoured the double cheese burger 🍔 and I enjoyed my blue slushy.Thanks Chuck and Thanks Checkers 💝🌞

Quality deteriorated further. Don’t try that philly steak. There’s little ingredients inside. I took a picture before I threw it out. The fry burger is below average. Very little fries but they taste good and crispy. The apple pie is delicious so I’m giving it a 2-star. The outdoor seating is dirty.
