It's Christmas Eve. We've been driving all day to come home for our vacation. Stopped here and our order was wrong. They couldn't take two minutes for us to explain what was wrong with our order. They had already spoke to my husband rudely before I had to get ugly with them. A guy in front of us had been standing at the window for 10 minutes before we arrived to even place an order. Never had a bad experience until today. Won't be going back.
We don't have one in Montgomery anymore, so i figured I'd stop. Order was taken quickly, and the employee was nice. Outside areas were clean and well maintained. Food was prepared exactly how i ordered and everything was hot and fresh. Was a fantastic lunch. I'm not a big fan of their cheese though, next time I'll order without.
I'm new to the area and have been here a few times. The food has been good. The Baconzilla burger was great. The other night they put a chicken nugget in my fries, which made my night.
Too much money for less than average burgers. Bad surprise today when cost of my usual purchase jumped over 10%. Seriously, they struggle to keep help, often operating with less than their usual compliment, and the quality has been slipping as a result. My last visit as its now so much cheaper to cook a better burger at home.
If you only go for the fries you won't be disappointed. To me they have the best fries in the industry. I got the chicken sandwich combo with a lemonade. The food was fresh, fast and great! The drive thru personnel was awesome as well. Great job guys!

Customer service was beyond poor after they messed up our order and didn't give us a reciept. The way they wanted to fix the issue was to not acknowledge they took our order wrong and instead proceeded to charge us for the price difference while telling us we could leave. It would have been fine at that if the manager on the shift hadn't attempted to bring us individual wrapped beef patties to put on our own burger after we showed him our order was wrong. He was persistent on telling us bye and didnt care at all. Also orderd 10pcs hot wings and got 8 wings. They had friends going back and fourth to the window which probably was the distraction that caused the mix up. Only thing good was the Monsterella sticks. Being a local this Checkers just isn't the same.
Fantastic food, I highly recommend it! Extremely good service and the restaurant is very nice inside too, you can tell the owners take pride in their food and their establishment.

Great park to walk, have fun at the playground, and watch baseball/ softball games. The concession stands is especially amazing and serve great food at affordable prices. Always a great time going down to West Ridge.
