Wonderful place to stay! Location was perfect very close to downtown and restaurants. The room was very cute and had everything we needed. The room had a Keurig coffee machine and real mugs, not the paper ones like in most places. Our room also had a sliding glass door that led to a little table outside on a patio, if I had more time and it was slightly warmer I would have loved to sit and enjoy my coffee out there. I would stay here again if ever back in Chatham.
I loved my 3 night stay! The inn is cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed a friendly checkin with Opal. It's a pretty little walk to the beach, and Marion's Pie Shop is right across the street as a great breakfast/lunch spot. | Well run. Pretty grounds. Pool!! Will definitely be back. 🤗|
This was a great place to stay for a wedding we had in the area. The rooms were updated, the location was great, and the pool was heated. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Cape.
Clean, quiet, and just perfect base for discovering Cape Cod and the islands. 10 min drive to downtown Chatham. 25-30 drive to Hyannis. Conveniently got digital room code ahead of time. Great beds. No 24/7 reception, longue or room service.
If you were looking for a relaxing, conveniently, located in, look no further than a Seafarer Inn in Chatham. The room was wonderfully appointed roomy for my wife and I cable TV all the amenities you would expect. The grounds were beautifully manicured and well-kept. The pool in the back offer is an opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the sun and the water. The staff was wonderful. I would certainly recommend visiting the Seafarer Museum Inn in Chatham Massachusetts.
Great place to stay! Updated bathrooms, nice coastal decor, comfortable bed, very clean. Pool area is really nice. Eventhough it’s on the main road the sound-proofing was great and so quiet! We look forward to coming back. So convenient to all the sights!
The rooms are fine and clean, but this is very much a motel on the main street. We got there an hour early to try and see if our room was available. The door was locked, we just wanted to get inside to use the bathroom but nobody picked up the phone. Also, quite pricey for a standard motel. Would not stay here again.
It was our first trip to MA and we were so excited about exploring all the beautiful areas. I tried to book this Inn online. They were offering a deal if staying over 3 days but there was no way to get this offer using their website. That should've been my first clue! I phoned in and spoke to Cindy who took 20 minutes to book our 4 day stay. She was nice enough on the phone except when making a comment about my unusual name and how she would not even attempt to pronounce it. ||We had booked a red eye flight getting us into Chatham by midmorning. I spoke to Cindy again, twice the day before to see if it was possible to get an early check in. She said we'd have to call the day of our arrival. So, I contacted her about noon the day of our arrival~she said I should've called the day before as they were short on housekeeping employees. I reminded her that I did call the day before, in fact we spoke twice and both times she told me to call the day of arrival. Anyway, bottom line is that a room was assigned to us and that room would not be ready until check in time. ||Keep in mind that there office hours are 3-8pm. So, even when we pulled up to the hotel the day of there was no one to help us. Everything was done by text or phone call with Cindy who was adamant that we could not check in until 3 pm. The only other option was if she was able to get another employee for housekeeping which would cost us an extra $35. ||Ironically, the Inn was completely vacant when we were able to check in at 3 pm. Our car being the only one in the parking lot! ||Other things to note besides the pure lack of customer service;|*toilet dirty upon our arrival |*beds and pillows are hard as rocks|*towels are stained and have holes||We enjoyed the MA area for 10 days and this was the only nonsense we came across. The MOTEL (that's what it really is) needs to replace Cindy with someone who knows how to provide service to its customers, revise their services to include early check ins/late check outs, not run its business based on room assignments, and hire more housekeeping who actually clean. Such a disappointment and waste of money. ||Please learn from our experience and AVOID this MOTEL!|
We had a wonderful stay at Pleasant Bay Village! Great location close to Chatham Village but also quiet and serene! We had an amazing room with a deck and enjoyed nightly walks around the grounds. The service was wonderful, they kept in contact wi
