From day one to week one of move in, everything has been wonderful. We started this process three months ago and Bailey has been so patient with us as we wrapped up where we were previously living and started to move here from answering all of my questions via phone and email to going above and beyond being available to assist in showing the property and the apartment. Upon moving in, they have been quick to answer questions & meet my needs. As with any apartment move-in, there have been a few maintenance needs, which have received quick responses and Cody, the maintenance person who has been assisting, has been just as courteous and helpful.

My husband and I are new residents. I thought adjusting to permanent apartment living would be hard, but it's not. The staff at Chateau Mirage have made the transition easy for us. They're very attentive to any concerns we present to them. It's a very large property, but is very well maintained. Bev & Curtis Stewart

Beautiful apartments! Bailey did an amazing job showing me around the property! Apartments were beautiful and spacious and the property was very well kept! Bailey was so helpful when it came to filling out the application. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Mrs. Bailee was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so knowledgeable and took care of any questions I had. She also kept me up to date and continued reaching out to me to let me know when an apartment was available in the area I requested. She made the process seamless and fun. Thank Bailee!!! Forever my first home 🏡. I moved to Chateau Mirage when they first opened and have always been treated like family while living here. I’ve moved out of state a few times but Chateau Mirage is always my first choice to land when I come home. The staff is always so accommodating and kind. Maintenance is impeccable and so quick when needed. This place will always be special to me.

I went to tell the office and within three minutes 2- guys showed up and they were pleasant explained to me what was going on at all times and even they showed me the garage door. If the electricity went out, within 10 minutes. Great job guys. Thank you

After looking for almost a year for places to stay upon our next lease, we never once heard about this place till recently. Which I’m so glad we did. Upon arrival the complex itself is overwhelming, in a good way, the grounds are beautiful and look well kept up with! They have everything you could possibly need and more. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Dajah who is absolutely amazing at her job! During our tour she explained everything to a T and really made the whole experiment more enjoyable! I can’t wait to call this place home!
